It looks like the store renovation is done now. Last time I came here, the store was under construction and operating out of a very small limited space near the entrance. I did not realize this location was one of their "Experience" stores. They stock free merch items exclusive for Experience Stores here. I picked up the mini football yesterday. I have been using this location for 3 or 4 different phones I replaced/upgraded in the past 5 years or so. The wait can be pretty long depending on the day/time. Service is usually decent. It really depends on which associate you get the day you go in. Parking is fairly convenient here. The store is very clean too. Their inventory had been pretty decent (at least when I visited, they had what I was looking for).

Receipt

I had a horrible experience at the T-Mobile Factoria location. I went in to trade in my iPhone 16 Pro after upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro the day before. My phone had been in a case with a screen protector since day one -- not a single scratch. The associate inspected it, acknowledged it was in excellent condition, and completed the trade-in. Before leaving, I asked for a receipt for my records. When I looked at it, I was shocked. The receipt stated that my phone had liquid damage and that Find My iPhone was not disabled, which was completely untrue. It also showed the promotional offer as $0 instead of the full $830 I qualified for. It literally looked like I had just handed over a perfectly good phone for free. When I pointed this out, the associate did not seem surprised or acknowledge any mistake. There was no apology. He simply redid the transaction and printed a new receipt. This was extremely concerning and unprofessional. If I hadn't asked to see the paperwork carefully, I could have lost hundreds of dollars. I strongly recommend double-checking all documents before leaving -- or better yet, go somewhere else.

T-Mobile Let Hackers Steal $85k from Me - Then Blocked Me I'm a disabled U.S. Army veteran. In 2021, hackers used a SIM swap to take control of my T-Mobile number. They gained access to my Coinbase account and stole 39,000 XRP, which is now worth over $85,000. T-Mobile acknowledged a broader data breach, but never accepted responsibility for the SIM swap that happened on my account. Their response? A $20,000 settlement offer -- less than 25% of what was stolen. Then they blocked me on social media after I spoke out. I've filed complaints with the WA Attorney General, FCC, FTC, BBB, and IC3. T-Mobile still refuses to be transparent or make it right. If this is how they treat a veteran who lost his crypto through their network, I strongly urge others to reconsider doing business with them. Your phone number is your security. And with T-Mobile, it's not safe.

Factoria Village T-Mobile. Can't get it right in their own front yard.

Why is it impossible to have a positive experience in a T-Mobile brick and mortar store? My second visit in as many weeks literally across the parking lot from the T-Mobile headquarters in Bellevue, WA. There is no focal point in the store. You stand around trying to catch the eye of employees who refuse to acknowledge your presence. Last time it was 25 minutes just to be checked in to wait to be helped. Today there were three clients in store and I was told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. Moving so cancelled my home internet, hopelessly overpriced at $160 a month for a 300 GB limit. Up the hill from headquarters. I was told my service would terminate at midnight 10/10/24. Instead it cut off at 11:07 pm. So I lost the overpriced data I had paid for mid-download. Representative at Factoria R-Mobile store made sympathetic noises, but said she had no idea how to address that. I was not offered any remedy. I genuinely hate having to go into any T-Mobile brick and mortar. Third bad experience, second in two weeks.

I have been a Sprint customer since 1999 but when T-Mobile merged with them and I have been migrated to bring a T-Mobile customer. It is really good cellular coverage as the combination of the two networks are nice. I'm writing this review because I just switched my internet service at my cottage to the T-Mobile 5g internet and I am very impressed! The order process is pretty straight forward and the coverages and plans vary. Just call the main number 844-718-1007 and give 'em your address and some basic information and they'll explain the plan. I chose a flat $50 per month plan, no connection fee, no equipment lease, no technicians, no taxes or fees, and no wires. That's the deal with the 5g wireless internet plan, just $50 and you are connected to some fast and reliable internet connectivity for the whole house. There's no throttling of bandwidth, unlimited data or any of the scams that other providers hit you with, after the fact. Once you've placed your order they ship you a box that has everything you need. It's an attractive tower-like device, about 12" tall, so you plug it into the wall, download the T-Mobile app and put in the information from the they sent and you're off and running. The new service is much faster than my old one which averaged about 30-40 Mbps and the sped tests have been consistently above 250 Mbps, wow! That's 4 times faster and I'm saving $300 per year, or $480 if I rented their funky equipment. Update: it's only a couple weeks after I made the switch and I got a call from T-Mobile today. The asked me what I thought about my service, and the whole experience. I replied that I was very pleased. They welcomed me, then said I'd be receiving a $50 rebate, and Paramount+ for one year free of charge. That's a big difference from my old service that wanted $15 a month for a crappy router, (I had my own), and just jacked up the monthly fee to $75 and the service was pretty slow. Bottom line: I was an ISP (Internet Service Provider) back in the 90's and the day of modems and am very familiar with a lot of ISP's and I can say with confidence that T-Mobile is doing it right. Good service, cognitive support, and reasonable prices. Recommended!

I will further update then. ****** VERY DECEITFUL. MAKE SURE YOU SEE LINE ITEM DETAILS FOR CHARGES. BAIT & SWITCH!!!! We came to this location and got 2 phones - 1 to add a line and one to trade in. Josh said there was a promotion where we got charger, case and screen saver at no charge and we would be charged taxes on two phones for about $400. When I got the charge in my credit card it was $537! Both my BF and I heard the same thing for the free promotion. There was no itemized receipt in my Verizon App and was told by Verizon on the phone I had to go back to the store since it was a 3rd Party retailer. The second screw up was my third phone. I was told I didn't have to trade in my phone when we went back to pick it up. Also told the free promotion for the trio of accessories no longer available. When I called Verizon I was told I had to turn my phone in and had to go to the store for my itemized receipt. Austin - store manager said he needed to train his folks who were fairly new and they had to over disclose. I suggested they show the itemized charges to the customer. His solution was that we return all accessories for a refund but I had already given my son his phone & accessories and he lives far away. Austin also admitted that their execs pushed for sales. I will definitely not be back. But BEWARE if you do go in and ask them to itemize everything.

We didn't ask for anyone and we were just gonna leave, but a staff came over and asked if there's anything we need help with, so I asked him if they have an actual model of the phone that we can check it out, then he said it is the actual model. I then explained there is nothing or no software in there, then he said they can't afford blah blah blah (I lost interest listening to him at this point), so that was it. It is strange to display a phone with a strange sticker on the screen which doesn't resemble the real phone.. and you gotta check out the buttons and everything before purchase, not sure why displaying a toy would do any good...

I've been to this location twice now and I really appreciate how friendly all of the associates are. They were very helpful and were able to help me to complete my iPhone upgrade in 10 minutes.

We did offer you the available options to the best of our ability due to the fact that you purchased the phone through Best Buy previously. We're sorry we couldn't find a resolution that worked for you but your experience in our store matters to us, and we'll work to make sure the next experience is better." Let me highlight a few facts: If the AT&T store associate (Tyler) checked my service plan (I provided my AT&T phone number) and informed me that I would still have to upgrade my plan to AT&T Unlimited (not just my phone) to qualify for the $300 trade-in program, I would have chosen not to participate. Instead I would have taken my phone back home and sold it on Craiglist (a lot of than $40 at that moment). Regardless of where I bought my new phone, I could have not trade-in my old phone at this store. On top of that, the receipt I was given had misleading information that led me to believe I had already completed my part for the trade-in promotion. I did suggest that I could call Best Buy so that Austin and Gerren could tell Best Buy associates about what Best Buy should do to resolve this issue, just exactly what they told me to tell Best Buy, yet they refused. If my experience in the store really matters to them, I do not understand how "asking you to leave the store" as their final words to me and then expecting the customer to disappear would fit this goal. I see no opportunity to have any next experience at this store, given the fact that I am even too scared to step in the store again.

But we were proven wrong! Nghi was very helpful! He was busy with 1 customer when we came in and was the lone customer service rep. He quickly greeted us and asked us how he could help. Although Nghi was with his first customer for a while, that relayed to me he was great at customer service - willing to take his time and answer any questions. When it was our turn, he was very patient and answered our questions and walked us through unlocking the phone when we got our approval. He even gave us some tips. I later mentioned I was grateful for his assistance since we were so quickly dismissed at the Issaquah store. I was greeted upon entering who put my information into the system and told me I was in queue. It was New Year's Eve so I thought it wouldn't be busy, and I was wrong. A couple other dozen people had the same thought. I would highly recommend making an appointment because people with appointments received priority in the queue. The lady who checked me in would clearly say, "[Insert last name] is ready for their appointment" versus "[Insert last name]?" - I imagine this was partly to let all the rest of us know the person was jumping the queue. I sat there playing on my phone for twenty minutes before being seen. You never know what the person in front of you needs - could be dropping off equipment or could be asking every conceivable question about phones and cell phone plans. Be prepared to wait! As I pulled up I noticed that it doubled as a used car lot, good to know if my ride should be jacked while I ordered. Much like my adventure at the Nhuy cafe I entered the Rainier Beach Deli and café to find men playing computer games, chain smoking and some just staring off in to space. This deli featured a nice lively poker game and a fish tank so filled with algae that the fish past in and out of the scene like ghosts. The wall was adorned with a nice picture menu of the many sandwiches to choose from. They must of recently gone through a pricing overhaul, $2.50 was scratched of each sandwich and big red 3 written next to it, damn inflation. I ordered the meatball sandwich, and was warmly greeted with a blank expression from the girl behind the counter. I thought holding up four fingers might help, this time I got a blank expression with a tilt of the head, progress. I finally just pointed to the picture and we were on our way. The microwave and toaster were swift and hot; I can only pray the refrigerator works as well. I sat on my scooter eating my sandwich and looked over the used cars for sale. From the poker table came a round of applause as cigarette smoke came billowing out of the barred window. The bread was good, the jalapenos nice and spicy to make up for any real flavor in the meatballs. I figure it tastier and a better value than Subway, you have about the same chance of mild food poisoning.
