Did not feel pressured into a sale. My only complaint (partly my fault), would be their verbiage on final bill/accessories. They mentioned that I received 5 accessories with the purchase of a new phone (I thought they meant free), but it really just meant I bought 5 other items and received a small discount. I probably would have bought the accessories anyways, but it would have been nice to have been told what the promotion actually was. Instead, I was confused on the final purchase until I got home and went over the receipt. I suggest having them break down each promotional offer they throw at you. In the end, however, I highly recommend going here (Factoria Mall's Verizon store), for your wireless and electronic needs. Customer service is top notch.

My entire life and girl's schedule is on my phone and I don't have it memorized so I was in frantic mode. He and another gentleman played around with it for a total of about 3 minutes, looked up my account, told me I didn't have an insurance plan therefore he could provide me with an upgraded phone. I couldn't believe he jumped to already wanting to up charge me without even trying to fix my phone. I said to him "if you can't just help me fix my phone I need to leave now. I am not looking for an upgrade and this is a perfectly fine phone." I left. I was still trying to fix my phone and I simultaneously turned on the two buttons to turn it off while using my third finger to touch the screen and boom--it came on! I can't believe all the guy was interested was giving me an upgrade and not helping me fix my phone. I would never recommend this place. In my experience, these phone places are only interested in upgrades and charging you money for something not helping you try to salvage your perfectly good 1,000 phone!

Let me highlight a few facts: If the AT&T store associate (Tyler) checked my service plan (I provided my AT&T phone number) and informed me that I would still have to upgrade my plan to AT&T Unlimited (not just my phone) to qualify for the $300 trade-in program, I would have chosen not to participate. Instead I would have taken my phone back home and sold it on Craiglist (a lot of than $40 at that moment). Regardless of where I bought my new phone, I could have not trade-in my old phone at this store. On top of that, the receipt I was given had misleading information that led me to believe I had already completed my part for the trade-in promotion. I did suggest that I could call Best Buy so that Austin and Gerren could tell Best Buy associates about what Best Buy should do to resolve this issue, just exactly what they told me to tell Best Buy, yet they refused. If my experience in the store really matters to them, I do not understand how "asking you to leave the store" as their final words to me and then expecting the customer to disappear would fit this goal. I see no opportunity to have any next experience at this store, given the fact that I am even too scared to step in the store again.

We stopped by T Mobile on one Saturday, met Jon here and he was straight forward and explained to us all the phone plans and promotions we can get. After researching more, we came back on the following weekend and we talked to Jon again. He was very friendly, and helped us navigate all the sign up. Our situation was quite complicated so it took a bit longer and we also change our mind on the setup mid way. He was patience with us. He even changed my screen cover as I had a pretty big crack on it. I had to go back the next day, he recognized me right away and took care of the new phone setup. Since it took a long time for data transfer, he continued to check on me with the progress. I loved that he was so patient and kind with all our questions and changes. He made the customer felt very special.

The core issue has not been resolved: * My device is not functionally unlocked * It cannot be used with other carriers * eSIM activation fails * The device manufacturer has confirmed that no unlock request was ever submitted at the system level Despite this, T-Mobile has stated that the obligation has been fulfilled. In addition, a Port-Out PIN was generated on my account without my consent, and I was instructed to transfer my numbers. This matter is currently under review with multiple agencies, including the FCC, Texas Attorney General, Washington State Attorney General, New Mexico Department of Justice, and the Better Business Bureau. Proceeding with account cancellation under these conditions raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection and business practices. As I pulled up I noticed that it doubled as a used car lot, good to know if my ride should be jacked while I ordered. Much like my adventure at the Nhuy cafe I entered the Rainier Beach Deli and café to find men playing computer games, chain smoking and some just staring off in to space. This deli featured a nice lively poker game and a fish tank so filled with algae that the fish past in and out of the scene like ghosts. The wall was adorned with a nice picture menu of the many sandwiches to choose from. They must of recently gone through a pricing overhaul, $2.50 was scratched of each sandwich and big red 3 written next to it, damn inflation. I ordered the meatball sandwich, and was warmly greeted with a blank expression from the girl behind the counter. I thought holding up four fingers might help, this time I got a blank expression with a tilt of the head, progress. I finally just pointed to the picture and we were on our way. The microwave and toaster were swift and hot; I can only pray the refrigerator works as well. I sat on my scooter eating my sandwich and looked over the used cars for sale. From the poker table came a round of applause as cigarette smoke came billowing out of the barred window. The bread was good, the jalapenos nice and spicy to make up for any real flavor in the meatballs. I figure it tastier and a better value than Subway, you have about the same chance of mild food poisoning. If you are looking to trade in your stolen car and get a quick sandwich at the same time, I can't think of a better place.
