(My author's name is Victoria Matthews) Anyway, I am sharing my experience with VERIZON at Rock Spring Shopping Center, Bel Air, Md. because their site that asked about their service, disappeared mysteriously. I wanted to get off a bundle iphone sharing because I joined it with my daughter, yet a man's name was on it instead of her name, so I wanted my own account. The Verizon employee said that the man would have to come to the store in person. I told him that he was wrong because it was originally authorized over the phone. He kept telling me, "In person, in the store!" I insisted he was wrong and told him I wanted to complain, and he said that he was the manager. Then he told me to get out of the store, and he threatened me with the police if I did not leave now as another man came walking over to give him support. I am a seventy-five year old lady and felt shaken and humiliated. Afterwards, I went to the Verizon store across from Festival Shopping Center, and they helped me get my new account then I bought a new updated phone. read more

Kevin greeted us and helped get us a new phone. He helped transfer everything over and was friendly. Very helpful and very fast!

Nick, the store manager in Forest Hill helped us get upgrades and a new plan! He's super knowledgeable and very helpful! He even called two days later to check in with us! Surgeons Rarely do that anymore! We will go to that store as long as he's there! I thought exceptional Customer service had died! Nick is awesome! read more

BUYER BEWARE: i bought a iphone and ipad, then changed my mind and returned it within the return window. They told me i would be issued a check in the mail for the refund. However, it has now been 4 months AND THE CHECK NEVER ARRIVED. I have contacted customer service 4-5 times and get the same "we'll cancel and re-issue the check" well obviously it is not getting here because something is wrong. But still, no one makes a valiant effort to resolve this and get me my money. it is absolutely disrespectful that this company has no type of follow through or perseverance for their customers. Verizon should be ashamed that they allow cellular sales to be an authorized sales rep. What a bad look it gives verizon. read more

Buyer beware. Poor experiences in my two visits. When upgrading my phone, I overheard the sales rep call me a "f***t" in the back room. He proceeded to sign me up for an insurance policy that I was offered but politely declined (I found this out when I got my bill). I was also there to resolve an increased monthly charge on my phone, to the tune of over $700 in 2 years. I went back to this location to resolve and refund the insurance policy charges. A young man was very helpful and understanding, and handled the issue promptly. His manager, an older woman, was very condescending/bitter about the issue and frankly got in the way of the younger employee who was assisting me. So, although it turns out my bill has only gone up by about $7/month, that was not explained to me at the time I was upgrading, and I explained that I would have appreciated the sales rep explaining that I would incur new monthly charges for my phone. The manager seemed to take issue with my suggestion, and I ended up leaving without further discussion or any resolution. Based on my experiences here, I do think the younger employees are more helpful. But, I would very much recommend seeking a different Verizon authorized retailer (the odds are stacked against you, sorry). read more

I feel as though I was taken advantage of 100 percent for a commission check. I went into the store due to having charging issues with my Note 3 I told the salesman that I wanted something smaller but MUST have a removable battery. I was very interested in the Samsung S6 but due to no removable battery i decided against it The salesman gave me two options. The Lg and the Sony Xperia and informed me that both had removable batteries. I decided on the Xperia due to water proof as well. I went back within the 2 week return window due to having issues with the phone and the internet at this location DID NOT WORK. I couldn't return the phone for another device. I was sold a phone with a 2 year contract that DOES NOT HAVE A REMOVABLE BATTERY!!!! I found out the hard way after the phone froze up and when i removed the back cover the phone was destroyed. I called the store and the best they could offer me was to use my insurance. Clearly not knowledgeable of the products they are selling and a commission check is more important then their customers, Will never return and will be leaving Verizon all together after my experience with this store. read more
