I emailed James on a Sunday, and although it was a weekend, James promptly answered all of my questions on the same day (and I sent him a ton of emailes), so I scheduled the service. The service tech (Anthony) called me in the morning and let me know when he would be arriving. Anthony arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed my two TVs. We are still working on the details with the arrangement and trying to clear the old iPhones of our data and get them back to factory settings. I had a higher review for you guys, but then we had to come out 2 more times and it took us about 9+ hours to return 2 factory reset iPhones and make a deal and get the paperwork approved for 2 new iPhones 15 pros. Took my rating from a 4 to a 2 star review. The reason it wasn't a 1 star was because our sales person was in on 2 of his days off and he was very nice with us and I think he was trying to get us the best price available; but he didn't seem like he had the best experience and know how to do it, and we just didn't have the time for sitting around for 3+ hours straight. I was very glad that he helped me as some of the questions were more technical, and I didn't know how to answer them . Phone came in via UPS in less than a week. At that time I went to T-Mobile to get my old phone information put on new phone. Kevin was the person who helped with this task transferring all Aps, pictures, mail etc to the new phone. He also helped with my selection of a magnetic charger, case, lens guards and screen saver. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Could I have purchased some of these extras somewhere else and saved a couple of dollars? I'm sure I could but some items I thought I wanted from Amazon would not have worked with my new phone. Spent over 20 minutes utilizing the T-Life chat feature to set up and easier in store experience for my wife. Of course, the chat representative hadn't left any notes. The punk at the store said there would be a $70 restocking fee for a brand new device and was quite rude to the point that my wife had to call me from the store. It's sad that T-Mobile has gone from a far superior experience to Verizon to almost as bad as Verizon in the 5 years with them. I think we'll switch to Mint or Visible or something else. It's not worth the extra money to pay for better service when they don't provide it

I wanted to get off a bundle iphone sharing because I joined it with my daughter, yet a man's name was on it instead of her name, so I wanted my own account. The Verizon employee said that the man would have to come to the store in person. I told him that he was wrong because it was originally authorized over the phone. He kept telling me, "In person, in the store!" I insisted he was wrong and told him I wanted to complain, and he said that he was the manager. Then he told me to get out of the store, and he threatened me with the police if I did not leave now as another man came walking over to give him support. I am a seventy-five year old lady and felt shaken and humiliated. Afterwards, I went to the Verizon store across from Festival Shopping Center, and they helped me get my new account then I bought a new updated phone.
