I will continue to only use them going forward. I would like to reminder customers that businesses that provide products they did not produce should not be held accountable and/or responsible when the manufacturer produced a defective product. What local businesses should be doing and George Washington Toma does this consistently is providing the best customer service they can to ASSIST with CORRECTING the manufacture's defects. Post COVID, I purchased a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator for my newly renovated kitchen. Almost immediately each appliance began to show issues that were clearly defective parts that the manufacturer choose to send them out to be purchased. Since I purchased the extended warranty, all issues were addressed and corrected by George Washington Toma, not the manufacturer. Maureen, Braintree, MA

I bought a refrigerator from this company for my own home because I have used them for my business…read moremany times. After the delivery drivers left we realized there was a large sum of money missing from an area of the house where the driver had gone into alone. There was a police investigation into the matter but they could not gather a strong fingerprints. So not enough evidence to press charges. The owner of the store will probably respond to this post and try to do damage control and defend the drivers, but in reality he is the one that instructed the drivers not to do a in person interview with police and instead send a statement via his attorney. I would never use this company again and suggest not to. There are plenty of reputable companies around.

ThIEVES! Watch your credit card! I used my Visa at this store and had no other transactions for…read moremonths since. Someone from T Mobile Avon charged $130 at Westgate Plaza and also attached my card to their Door Dash account today. It would be easy to find the thief, but Visa doesn't want to look into it further. I am calling Door Dash to see if they can figure it out. Don't hand over your credit card to any of these assholes at this location!! Edited to add, they also signed up for Samsung Pay! The day before Thanksgiving and I now cannot use my credit card, thanks a lot T Mobil, but nobody cares when they screw over a customer.

Come to find out that the T-Mobile, location at 521 Belmont Street Brockton is a Satellite with very little over site, and not having to answer to the same District Manager. That's probably why they provide such poor customer service and under value their customers!.. But Mr Paulisson Lima resolved several very complicated issues on my account, verified that my air pods are functioning and authentic, closed out an added wifi- mobile thingy that I didn't understand that I had or how to really use it. He took his time and spent a good 45 min researching, noting and calling to speak with a Customer care team member on my behalf. It was just so wonderful to see that he actually enjoyed helping me and doing a phenomenal job. You can tell that he's been doing it a very long time and can get things done, I feel very fortunate and grateful to have had his assistance today!. Based on my personal encounter and the exceptional customer service experience, I will tell everyone to come here for T-Mobile services, not waste your time anywhere else. From the moment you enter their doors they greet you with a professional & warm greeting with a welcoming smile! Thank you Paulisson, for your great service & I hope T-Mobile, knows what an asset you are to them!.

Buyer Beware!! Service update (Tee W.)…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from StarTech. Several years ago, I invested nearly $8K in a home security system and home theater installation. Recently, with a business trip coming up in two weeks, I discovered my security cameras were offline...a recurring issue since installation. Although I've always been willing to pay their $100-$150 service fee to get their cameras back working, this time the experience was unacceptable. The representative I spoke with was not only rude but extremely unprofessional, repeatedly lying about submitting my "urgent" service request. Despite following up for three days straight, I received no response. She even went so far as to hang up on me after I introduced myself, only to avoid answering when I immediately called back. Her behavior was erratic and unacceptable, so I asked her to have the owner return my call. I finally received a call back from the owner, Eric, who accused me of being rude to his staff and refused to service the cameras he had installed. Instead of acknowledging my years of business with them as an easy going, paying customer, he dismissed me outright and told me to find someone else. As a result, I was forced to leave my home unsecured for weeks until I was able to find a new technician who installed a more reliable system that hasn't had a single issue since. I regret trusting Eric and his team to handle the job. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. They will happily take your money, but they do not value their customers or stand behind their equipment or work.

This is a great place to get some nice deals on household items, groceries, health and beauty…read moreitems, electronics and even clothing. A lot of the grocery and household products here are sold in bigger sizes. So having to restock your supplies at home happens less often which makes it super convenient. I was in here recently to get some cleaning supplies, toilet paper and I also stopped by their bakery area to get some sweets for the house. The cookies and brownies I bought were very fresh tasting and delicious. I have also bought deli meats here before and the service at the deli counter is excellent as well as the freshness of the deli products. The checkout process always goes fast and smoothly here. About the only thing that BJ's Wholesale Club could do to make the shopping experience better would be to have bags available to customers. They do have these big empty boxes at the front of the store that they provide for customers to use to bundle their purchases into but I definitely prefer bags so when I shop here I make a point of bringing along my own shopping bags to use. Great location though and excellent customer service.

They would have been smarter to open one for 15 items or less to alleviate the back up and waiting a long time for a small amount Of items! The congestion mounted and made for confusion! Disappointing to see not a Manager helping except one lone employee running around ! Today they deserve 3 Stars
