I wrote a review of my experience with "company" and it somehow disappeared!…read moreStay far away! They offered me a job, start date, filled out pre-employment paperwork. I sent several emails in the two weeks prior to the start date and they did not respond. I showed up at the location at the time I was told to report. The company Randstad sent me to had no idea who I was or why I was there. I then called Randstad to ask what was going on and again did not respond. I finally reached someone after a week only to be told they were sorry their client canceled at the last moment. They did not care I lost time I could have been looking for another position. I lost pay as I am back to square one looking for a position. They responded they were sorry for the inconvenience. It rolled off their tongue as if they say this frequently. This is not a reputable agency and I have spread the word to all companies I am interviewing with as well as friends and family. Let's see if this review stays.

Years ago, when Susan Mulholland was the Branch Manager for the Randstad office in Stoughton, I…read moretruly felt that the staff was interested in working hard to find me a rewarding job. They proactively reached out to me, to advise about potential placements, and offered jobs that would utilize and enhance my current skills. This is NO LONGER the case!! Nearly a month after meeting with the "talent acquisition specialist," the only job offered was one assembling baseball cards for $11/hr. This is despite my B.A. and 20+ years office / customer service experience and reported desire to make a conservative $15/hr! And, when I emailed a response, with a question about it, I had to call to follow-up a week later, because she never got back to me! Then, I followed up with an email, providing a new email address, and requesting a call back at her earliest convenience. Guess What?! I'm STILL waiting for the call back!! That was over 2 weeks ago! But, to her credit, I received an email to my OLD address! A generic one suggesting I recommend Randstad to unemployed friends. Oh, yeah, that'll happen. Finally, I called back again on 2/11, and Lauren advised that Carson would call me back in an hour. Need I tell you how that story ends? No call back, days later. My final call was this morning. Eureka! Carson is available to speak. I asked if she received the message that I called on Tuesday, and she confirmed that she had, so re-sent a generic job posting to me, via email (psssst.....never happened). When I asked why she hadn't called me back, as I requested, she told me it was more convenient FOR HER to email me. And there it is. Blatant contradiction to their claims "...we listen and we do everything we can to understand your skills and your work needs...and we'll work hard to put you to work and keep you working in jobs that meet your career goals...." The woman can't even spare a moment to make a phone call. Your decision to join the Randstad team in Stoughton just might be the most colossal waste of your time ever. I cannot speak about the rest of the team; but, at least a couple of staff were exceedingly unprofessional and careless in their efforts.

Tempus Unlimited - Very bad company

My experience with Tempus Unlimited has been extremely frustrating. While the self-directed care…read moremodel is essential for individuals with disabilities and complex medical needs, the administrative side of the program often feels disorganized, inefficient, and unnecessarily burdensome for families. Communication is inconsistent, and getting answers to straightforward questions can require multiple phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. Different representatives sometimes provide conflicting information, leaving consumers, surrogates, and caregivers unsure of what is actually required. The onboarding process for new caregivers is cumbersome, processing times can be lengthy, and there is very little transparency about where paperwork stands once submitted. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that many families have no real alternative. If you are dissatisfied with the service, there is often no other fiscal intermediary option available. Families are essentially forced to navigate the system because the support their loved ones need depends on it. I have also reviewed complaints on the BBB website and found some of the responses concerning. Rather than acknowledging opportunities for improvement, many responses appear focused on explaining why the consumer, surrogate, or caregiver was responsible for the problem. Whether intentional or not, this can come across as dismissive of the very real challenges families face while managing complex care needs. The individuals relying on these services are often among the most vulnerable members of our communities. Their families and caregivers are already balancing significant responsibilities and should not have to spend countless hours navigating administrative barriers. Tempus Unlimited provides a critical service, but there is a significant need for improvement in communication, accountability, customer service, and overall responsiveness. Unfortunately, in my experience, managing the bureaucracy has often been more difficult than managing the care itself.
