I found AIM personell myself online & called to make an appointment. I went in & spoke with the president Tina. When i had my first interview with her she really tried to get to know me personally & what i was looking for ina job, we talked about my job history & the struggles that everyone is going through in this riough economy. My recruiter(s) were amazing & checked in with me a few times a week. Jane & Lori became my "phone friends" as i called them because we literally talked every other day. They found me a job in no time. I talked with my recruiter before the interview, she wished me luck & to call her afterwards for feedback. I remember the phone call that i received from my recruiter when i was hired was not just another standard call. She called & said " Guess what?! You got the job!" I was so happy & glad that SHE was just as happy for me. I thanked her & she said that "this is why she loves her job, because she herself has been in my posistion & she understands" I definately felt that they were on my team, coaching me & really looking out for my best interest. Since i have been at my new job, thanks to AIM Personell, i have been in touch with them still. When i call there, everyone knows me by name, not just another ID number in their system. If it weren't for the amazing staff @ this place i would have still been on sending my resume out into space aka the internet & would probably still be unemployed. read more

My experience with Aim was as good as it gets. I signed up with this agency and got a couple of interviews almost immediately. The staff at Aim went out of their way to make sure that I was prepared. They followed up with me immediately after each interview. I ended up getting a job that I love. A month after I started, I was surprised to get a call from the recruiter who had placed me here; she wanted to know how everything was going and if i was still happy. Since that time almost a year ago, I have recommended several friends to Aim, all of whom have had the same experience as myself. I have worked with other Employment Agencies in the area, and I have to say that in comparison, Aim ROCKS! My company has hired a lot of Aim candidates and does a lot of business with them as well. That comes as no surprise to me -- they screen their candidates well, ensure that they are a match to the jobs they are sent to, and truly care about the people they work with. I had a very good experience with AIM Personnel. I was contacted right away when I sent my resume to them through Craigslist.The lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly and eager to help. I was invited in to meet with one of their recruiters the next day. I was a little skeptical at first due to previous experiences with recruiting agencies but this one was well worth it. The recruiter and I discussed what I was interested in and my availability. She found some great opportunities that matched my preferences. Overtime I did temp work that allowed me to get the full round experience of the workforce. Then they set me up with an interview for a full time permanent position with a very profitable company. I am currently working there and very happy. I highly recommend AIM Personnel. They managed to find jobs to keep me busy then eventually helped me land the permanent job I've been looking for! Excellent agency! The staff there is exceptional. I had been out of work for 8 months and was having no luck with finding employment. A friend had told me about how he was in a similar situation a couple of years ago and went to AIM Personnel where he found his current job. He has been working for his company for a couple of years and couldn't be happier. He told me how pleased he was with AIM and how fast he found employment. I figured that I would give it a shot. I came into AIM to interview and within a couple of weeks I got my first assignment. It was just what I was looking for..not to mention great pay and I learned a lot of valuable experience. I have been an HR Executive for the last 25 years and have had the pleasure of working with several professionals from Aim Personnel on many occasions. They were efficient and exceptional at identifying talent rapidly and cost effectively for our business. Most recently, I referred a friend's son for a role in a top flight Boston based financial services firm and he was hired for a temporary role. He was asked to return as a full time employee soon after. Whoever wrote those 2 'dated' and negative reviews because they didn't get hired is unfortunately just expressing 'sour grapes' because AIM Personnel is a terrific firm replete with a competent and wonderful recruitment team and complimented by strong leadership in their management team. read more

I happen to come across the yelp reviews for AIM Personnel and was shocked to see the negative reviews. I understand that everyone is entitled to an opinion, however what I am seeing is NOT factual information. I have used Aim and referred associates for over 10 years. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences and most recently found the ideal job for me through AIM. I have never had negative feedback from associates that I have referred to AIM and on the contrary have been thanked for the professional doors that have opened for them. The AIM recruiters take their time to get to know their candidate and find the job that will be the best fit. I have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend AIM Personnel to anyone in search of a job. read more

went to college spent a lot of money on a business degree and sick of looking for a job. Agencies in Boston sent me to tons of places one lady told me I need to dress professional haha and not wear casual pants and shirt I told her I need to get a job to buy better clothes. Seems to be a joke out there I went to Aim (my friends got work there ha) they had jobs but the money was real low and far for me and they said I did not have any real work experience and had to start somewhere...haha. Why on earth did I go to college now I will be paying loans for years. I am moving out of Mass man this area stinks had enough of looking for a job. I was very impressed with this service to help me find work so soon. I moved to the area several months ago and coming from New York City was use to a large city with many agencies and was concerned I would not be happy in the suburbs again.. Aim was very friendly, and professional. They actually reviewed several jobs with me that I was qualified to do (There were several agencies that never even called me back! ) . I am now working for a stable insurance company that Aim sent me too and it has been over two months and I am very happy that I was able to come back to this area after 20 years and find work so quickly! AIM Personnel has been my go to job finder since 2007! I was looking for short time work during college breaks and AIM was able to place me very quickly into a position that meet my qualifications and was in my field of study (accounting). When I was graduating college and looking for a full time job, of course, I reached out to AIM yet again. And soon after they had me on interviews and set me up with my DREAM JOB in my area of interest and I've been at that job ever since (3 years later!). I registered with Aim in August of this year. The next day I received a call from one of the recruiters offering me a position at a near by company. Two days later I interviewed with this company and was offered the job the next day. I started off as a temp and as of November I was hired on permanently. I was Initially sceptical of even going through an an agency to find a job but I have had nothing but a good experience. They all made me feel welcome and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a company and also what I could offer as an employee. Had an excellent experience with the company and their recruiters. It was an easier way for me to find part time work because the agency works around your schedule. Some jobs are temporary and some are temp-to-hire or permanent. AIM certainly treats their employees with respect and takes care of their employees. I was offered a better paying job. It was a lot more convenient going through an agency because I barely even had time to look for a job for myself! It is a lot of work and very time consuming, but AIM practically did everything for me. read more
