    Micro Tech is definitely one of the better staffing agencies out there. I found them by applying to…read moreone of their jobs online and I was contacted by a recruiter within a day after posting my resume. What I really like about this particular company is my recruiter did not ask me to come down to the office, take a bunch of placement tests, or have an interview with them and go through all that bologna before even having an assignment. Having my resume to look at was good enough for them. From past experience, many temp agencies make you meet them in person and fill out paper work and then you may never hear from them again. Micro Tech doesn't do it that way and that's great because they won't be wasting your time if you don't get an assignment from them. I didn't have to come down to their office and fill out the paper work until I got my first assignment when I was chosen by their client company after the first interview they sent me too. Everything went well with the job. I worked at the client company and pretty much was on my own. I don't need to call them for anything and they didn't call me either which meant I was doing well. I think this temp agency lets the client company handle all work issues with you like you are their employee and Micro Tech doesn't get in the way like other temp agencies can. I also heard this temp agency is one of the better ones to go to if you want temp to perm as there are many others with temporary only like Manpower or Randstad which many people don't want. Lastly I'd like to say I was treated with respect when I told this temp agency I was leaving the job to pursue other options. They told me they appreciated me giving them the notice that I was leaving (as a lot of people don't) and they would welcome me back anytime.

    My experience with Tempus Unlimited has been extremely frustrating. While the self-directed care…read moremodel is essential for individuals with disabilities and complex medical needs, the administrative side of the program often feels disorganized, inefficient, and unnecessarily burdensome for families. Communication is inconsistent, and getting answers to straightforward questions can require multiple phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. Different representatives sometimes provide conflicting information, leaving consumers, surrogates, and caregivers unsure of what is actually required. The onboarding process for new caregivers is cumbersome, processing times can be lengthy, and there is very little transparency about where paperwork stands once submitted. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that many families have no real alternative. If you are dissatisfied with the service, there is often no other fiscal intermediary option available. Families are essentially forced to navigate the system because the support their loved ones need depends on it. I have also reviewed complaints on the BBB website and found some of the responses concerning. Rather than acknowledging opportunities for improvement, many responses appear focused on explaining why the consumer, surrogate, or caregiver was responsible for the problem. Whether intentional or not, this can come across as dismissive of the very real challenges families face while managing complex care needs. The individuals relying on these services are often among the most vulnerable members of our communities. Their families and caregivers are already balancing significant responsibilities and should not have to spend countless hours navigating administrative barriers. Tempus Unlimited provides a critical service, but there is a significant need for improvement in communication, accountability, customer service, and overall responsiveness. Unfortunately, in my experience, managing the bureaucracy has often been more difficult than managing the care itself.
