Got an email from Jatin Singh (Senior HC Recruiter) stating he reviewed my resume & knows I'll be a great fit for a RN job. Guess what? I'm not licensed as an RN. I have a doctorate in a completely different HC profession. Would never use this company. So many bad reviews on other sites, too. Beware!!! If a Senior recruiter hasn't passed Sales 101, how did he get to be a senior recruiter. ( I also work in HC sales & marketing & you don't send these type of emails if you actually want to get referrals. If you're going to use a formed email you title it that you know they aren't a RN but you understand that the HC world is a small one & then talk about your company's referral bonuses if they refer a friend. I constantly receive emails and calls from TalentBurst for out of state jobs not related to my field. The listings themselves are often old, already filled, or broken links. I have emailed and called TalentBurst to resolve this, and their solution is to unsubscribe from email updates, which does not work: I continue to receive emails and calls. read more

So, I receive an email from a recruiter from TalentBurst saying he came across my resume and said he thought I would be a good candidate for a position they were trying to fill. Reading what the position was, it was plain to see that he may have come across my resume, but he never read it. If he had, I would hope he would understand that an entry level position is well beneath my current qualifications. Priyanka was great to work with; always provided prompt responses. I have not worked for a placement / temp agency for over a decade, so I had more questions than most. The only reason for not 5 starts was the employment verification was excessive / stretched out and I think they should discuss this more upfront with the client(me). very suspicious of this company. I applied on indeed for a phlebotomy job. A recruiter from this company called me at 7pm left a voicemail then they called at 10:30 pm. They also sent texts after I told them not to. They call at strange hours ( no apology ) Then the recruiter texted me at 8am and states " when can I call you ?" I tell them 10am Eastern standard time. The recruiter gets back to me " ok I'll call you 10am Central time " obviously the recruiter doesn't listen. Again, this company seems odd and off. I only started with this company little more than a week so I will speak to contacts and onboarding process. Contact with HR and Recruiter was good. I mostly contacted via email, so return emails were timely (not immediate but within an hour). The inboarding process was nearly all online. The only exception was the drug test, but it was done locally to my location. Simple and easy to deal with company. read more

Their recruiters just SPAM you with jobs completely unrelated to your qualifications. When I informed the CEO, all he could comment on was the language I used to rip his SPAMMER for being too lazy to even read my resume before spamming me. Who doesn't agree that email SPAMMERS are a menace to society, with up there with those that cold call you on your home and cell phones? And recruiters like those at TalentBurst are definitely SPAMMERS and some of the worst on the planet. read more

Pre Coronavirus lockdown I visited their Framingham location. No one is there at all. They have a by appointment only sign. That's the least of their problems. Sadly, the company was written up in Boston List magazine as a foreign owned rising star. They have online jobs posted but there's no way to no their credibility. Do not even respond to any solicitations from this company as the recruiters they have on staff are inconsiderate, unprofessional, and keep you hanging for a response as to the disposition of your Resume, even after they assure you they will contact you. What's worse - should you complain about their un-professionalism to their CEO, while you get a profuse apology (window dressing, no doubt) you still don't get an answer. Very responsive to my emails and phone calls but gave a lot of conflicting information and was very late sending me important first day info. They gave me 3 different start dates and I had to go around them to get my basic questions answered correctly. The time card platform they use is ridiculously complicated to use. Unprofessional. Called at inappropriate hours. Sent my references requests full of typos. Only reason I took the job was because I was straight out of school and needed experience. Pay was ok. Benefit deductions are too high. Only good thing: good job experience and interesting work. However TB and the client were unfortunately, extremely disrespectful and only cared about themselves and making a buck while filling a 'diversity requirement'. Experienced behavior in the workplace that was inappropriate (sexual advances and employees drinking on the job - from the 'client') and was encouraged not to report. Put me in a very uncomfortable position financially and I had to tolerate behavior because Talent Burst could not take appropriate actions. Women do not be fooled by the "minority owned women friendly" BS they have in their emails. They will do whatever to get a contract. Gross. read more

They have good companies on their list but I found their list overlapping with other recruiting companies and I prefer to submit through others versus them going forward. I had them submit me for two jobs and it went nowhere. They kept contacting me to submit me for the same jobs (or what seemed like the same jobs). When I asked them about it, they didn't reply. They barely asked me any questions about myself. It makes me doubtful they can represent me and my skills to clients. They are on my block list. I have zero interest to work with them. read more

When I first got offered the job that I'm at through talent burst I felt really good about it, but after the horrible lack of communication I was out of a job for a little up to a week, and I did not even know why because no one would well me anything when I was waiting on a response. I am at my new job, and have been for a few weeks but I have only gotten paid once, after working for three weeks. I was told I was going to get two paychecks in one pay week but I only got one, and still no communication, now that I'm upset and contacting HR about it, no one is answering me. It seems like a very unprofessional company with unprofessional, discourteous so called Technical recruiters. They contact you for a job opportunity and after sending your resume, they don't reply. I don't think that the recruiter even reads your resume or has any clue about its contents. And they claim to have offices all over the USA. What they lack to begin with is integrity and courtesy. You send the recruiter an email asking about the status of your resume but he/they choose not to reply. Can you imagine that?. They send you the job description asking for your resume and then choose not to reply. Pathetic people. Don't ever deal with such companies because there are so many other companies that will deal with you professionally. They are nothing but unscrupulous body shoppers with untrained, unqualified people passing off as recruiters. read more
