In the course of organizing, they lost items,…read moredisposed of items they should not have, and left food stuffs outside uncovered for trash collection, which resulted in my trash collection company reprimanding me for "not following the rules." Three to five associates were put on my job, but this lead to decreased efficiency and redundancy. They rely heavily on plastic bins to organize (which you are charged for), and since I try not to use plastic when possible, I had to unpack much of what they did and return the bins to them. This created more work for me. I was also initially over-charged by almost $2000 due to an error in the company's calculation. Still, a bill of almost $5000 to essentially unpack 3 closets and a kitchen (over 2 days) seems excessive. I truly felt ripped off by this company. I do not recommend ShipShape Organize. I have since found another company that does a much better job.
