The job market was still bad, so I'm not saying anything about not getting a position through them - even after 6 months, and being submitted to maybe 4 positions by the Officeteam division. The Accountemps recruiter said he would try to get me something in accounting, which my bachelor's is in - he never even tried to, or contact me one time with a job lead, ever. The worst of it came about 6 months after the interview when I tried working with a new recruiter (I hadn't met in person). Really rude, a few times when he picked up my calls he would immediately hang up on me. A real joking, unprofessional, adolescent attitude getting off on harassing/trolling me with voicemails about jobs, then when I returned the call, he would hang up on me. Had a problem with the Westboro Officeteam location as well. Before the bad job market they were able to get me temp jobs. They put you out at $10. an hour for positions that don't entirely fit the job description they give you. It's most likely a $15. an hour job on the client side. Who is pocketing the difference? One time I got a not-so-good review by some company after an assignment (which was their problem for not training me properly). The Officeteam recruiter said he could find me work again, but this time at $7.25 an hour. That's a terrible way to treat someone in their work/career, bringing them down on a personal level like that (not just pay-wise). Where does the $2.75 an hour difference go? Corruption? Stay far away, they treat employees like crap!

Staff are so nice, organized, instruct each participant in what needs to be done and answers all your questions. I've never been there longer than what was required. The pay is pretty good too. The facility is state of the art, easy off Route 9. I use a wheelchair and it is fully wheelchair accessible. I do think they need more wheelchair parking especially for vans. But, otherwise, you can easily get around.

The guy I spoke with thought he might have something for me immediately but he had to check with another Expert Staffing location about the position. It was Friday so I didn't expect them to get back to me on the same day but since all he had to do was check with a co-worker in a different office it wasn't out of the question. Also, I've dealt with other staffing agencies and know many others who have as well and it's not unheard of to hear back on the same day or within 24-48 hours. This place? Not a chance. When I heard nothing on Monday I called on Tuesday. I left a message. No call back. Since I got no call back I Emailed Wednesday. WOW! A reply. He STILL had not heard back... from a co-worker in a different office location. In nearly a week. Seriously? Once again, I had to be the pro-active one and Email again (no sense calling since they don't answer or call back). Apparently that job was no longer available. Good thing I checked myself or they probably wouldn't have had the courtesy to let me know. Once again, I Email a week later. They still have nothing. But maybe in a week or two. Screw that. I went to Indeed.com, applied for a couple jobs, got a same day interview and was hired on the spot. Just do the leg work yourself and don't give these people business.
