She has secured me my best assignments over the last few years. She never puts me in a box, but instead, sees the transferability of my skills and because of that, has gotten me some great gigs which have expanded my HR portfolio quite nicely. She has really extended the effort to get to know me and clearly values building a long-term relationship, versus just filling the positions that are currently on her desk. I have the highest respect for Maureen and her professional abilities and results.

Jeannie is a powerhouse of energy and enthusiasm. Continually searching for stable and experience appropriate employment is a difficult, arduous, exhausting task, at times involving countless faceless applications with algorithms that do not take into account capability, personality, drive, and heart. Their only purpose is to count applicants as the machines they are with the programming they have. Jeannie counteracts that with humanity, caring, purpose, knowledge, and soul. I am glad to have her at my side, not only for my future, but that of my family. I am eternally grateful to all Jeannie has done and continues to do. Thank you, my friend.

I had a very positive experience working with Workbridge Associates, specifically the team that…read moredeals with IT infrastructure support (sysadmins, technical support engineers, etc.). I originally found their listing on a few job boards and it was clear to me that I was contacting a recruiting agency and not applying for a job itself, so I cannot speak for those suggesting false information and the like. The next day I received a call to meet with the team I would be working with and had a very pleasant experience doing so. After some time of minimal contact, things started to kick back up and I had weekly check-ins with a member from the team I was working with. This eventually led to a multiple interviews with an employer I had successfully landed a job with. I found the feedback provided by my Workbridge team helpful as they always made sure I was prepared for an upcoming interview. My sole gripe would be that the information provided can often be reiterated a few too many times, and many times the questions I'm asked feel more like they're being read from a script as opposed to genuine curiosity. But overall, if you need some extra help landing a role, I would advise you to give Workbridge a chance. You never know what opportunity may arise, and when coupled with your own job searching, you may find them to be an excellent resource.

I had tried two other places in Western, MA and they never called and they never got me any interviews, but working with KNF&T I got probably 4 interviews in the span of a few months. This means a lot in such a finicky job market. I'm not sure what other locations of KNT&T are doing, but this one was stellar.

Before we could make any moves on that position, I got an offer from the original position! So far, I love the position, and I hope to be permanent at the end of this assignment. Micro Tech is definitely one of the better staffing agencies out there. I found them by applying to…read moreone of their jobs online and I was contacted by a recruiter within a day after posting my resume. What I really like about this particular company is my recruiter did not ask me to come down to the office, take a bunch of placement tests, or have an interview with them and go through all that bologna before even having an assignment. Having my resume to look at was good enough for them. From past experience, many temp agencies make you meet them in person and fill out paper work and then you may never hear from them again. Micro Tech doesn't do it that way and that's great because they won't be wasting your time if you don't get an assignment from them. I didn't have to come down to their office and fill out the paper work until I got my first assignment when I was chosen by their client company after the first interview they sent me too. Everything went well with the job. I worked at the client company and pretty much was on my own. I don't need to call them for anything and they didn't call me either which meant I was doing well. I think this temp agency lets the client company handle all work issues with you like you are their employee and Micro Tech doesn't get in the way like other temp agencies can. I also heard this temp agency is one of the better ones to go to if you want temp to perm as there are many others with temporary only like Manpower or Randstad which many people don't want. Lastly I'd like to say I was treated with respect when I told this temp agency I was leaving the job to pursue other options. They told me they appreciated me giving them the notice that I was leaving (as a lot of people don't) and they would welcome me back anytime.
