I called KNF&T Staffing here in Western, MA (Northampton) and I was given professional and timely service. I had tried two other places in Western, MA and they never called and they never got me any interviews, but working with KNF&T I got probably 4 interviews in the span of a few months. Krista O'Shea was my primary contact and she prepped me for interviews, got me interviews, followed up, and kept moving forward with supporting me if the interviews didn't work out. KNF&T is a very reliable staffing agency that I have used for numerous temporary jobs over the past three years. From the beginning, this agency has always come through for me when I have been in need of employment, whether summers, winter breaks, or even part-time administrative work! I worked extensively with one of their staffing agents, Vanessa Kuzmanovski, who continuously contacted me about employment opportunities when I was in need. She was very friendly during the interview process, informative about the positions, and always remembered my skills set. Currently, I am working in a great environment as a part-time administrative assistant, which is perfect for my schedule. I would highly recommend this staffing agency to others! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this staffing agency. When I first contacted them asking about temp work for the summer, they indicated they always have jobs and had me rush down for an interview. During the interview she told me that she had lots jobs she could consider me for and told me she would be in touch the next day with some ideas. When she did contact me a few days later, she let me know that actually she didn't have anything and I should review their website daily to see what jobs were posted. I was given the impression that they would be looking for jobs for me, not the other way around. I don't mind keeping an eye on their website but if I'm doing all the work, than what is the point of going to a staffing agency? Over the next few weeks I didn't hear anything from her unless I contacted her first regarding jobs I found on the website. Each time she would tell me that the job I was interested in did not meet my criteria and when I did find something that she thought would work, I never heard back from her regarding my status despite sending three emails. Lastly, the jobs on their website did not change daily, as she claimed in the interview, and none of them were appropriate for my needs. read more
