I needed a full time job close to home that didn't require advanced skills they immediately found a position 10 minutes from home that offered the hours I needed and allowed me to start earning money. the interviewer and secretary were very helpful. im sure it doesn't happen in every case but for me at least I was sent to a company with a great boss, supervisors and helpful co-workers.

At no time did they ask me what type of job I was looking for or explain their services. I was told that I needed to come in to personally fill out an application and have an interview. I spent a decent amount of time preparing for a professional interview with a recruiter. After spending ten seconds looking at their application I figured out that this agency doesn't offer admin placements, only light industrial. It would have been really helpful to have been asked about my job interests during my phone calls or provide a MUCH better screening process. Josh and Sophia designed exactly what I had been trying in vain to achieve, and also worked with me to design an eye-popping logo for my brand. When it came time to create business cards, my first instinct was to try to design them myself; then I reflected on the time and money I had wasted on my first web site attempt and thought "lesson learned -- I'm going straight to the experts." I now have killer business cards that align with the logo and site branding, and I have yet to give anyone a card without receiving a surprised comment about how nice it is.
