The IRS took this $722 penalty out of our 2019 tax overpayment which Mark Love failed to tell us about. We also received a notice of a 'Late Filing Penalty' from the MA DUA. That form mysteriously disappeared when we sent if to Mark Love for an explanation. After making a serious mistake in calculating our 2019 estimated taxes Mark Love made an even more SERIOUS mistake in calculating our 2020 estimated taxes which resulted in us OVERPAYING our 2020 taxes by more than TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($29,000)!!!!! We waited months for the Commonwealth of MA to refund more than $8,000 of our overpayment. Josh and Sophia designed exactly what I had been trying in vain to achieve, and also worked with me to design an eye-popping logo for my brand. When it came time to create business cards, my first instinct was to try to design them myself; then I reflected on the time and money I had wasted on my first web site attempt and thought "lesson learned -- I'm going straight to the experts." I now have killer business cards that align with the logo and site branding, and I have yet to give anyone a card without receiving a surprised comment about how nice it is.
