Delivery of the car was delayed by two days and I only found out by calling as I was heading over to pick up the vehicle. I'm writing because thanks to Ron Bouchard Auto Stores, my PII has been leaked in the 700Credit breach. The finance team ran my credit through Cars Commerce, who is partnered with 700Credit. I now get to live with this issue for the rest of my life. Even better, the dealership was notified in November of the breach and opted to not notify customers on their own. I just received a letter on January 5th to let me know. Overall I'd say avoid if possible, just another dealership pulling the same nonsense they all seem to with an extra dash of irresponsibility

My windows don't function properly, they said they were going to fix it and they never did, the AC don't work. Their customer service is great until they get your money. I have friends who also got a car with them and all of them have had problems as well, one of my friends made. 5k down payment and is still waiting for her car that she hasn't gotten any answers about or support, no rental, they're just telling her to wait. When I first walked into FAZZA Motors, we were greeted professionally by Johnny, who was very nice,…read morewelcoming, and helpful during the initial stages of the process. Unfortunately, communication became increasingly complicated once the full payment for the vehicle was made. I provided a down payment on February 16, 2026, and later completed the full cash payment for the purchase and sale of the vehicle. All purchase documents were signed and finalized to confirm the transaction. On March 20, 2026, my insurance was paid in full and the RTA was submitted as required to move the registration process forward. Despite completing all of my responsibilities promptly, I have experienced significant difficulty receiving updates or communication from the dealership. I have made several attempts to contact the office during business hours, and my calls have gone unanswered. In an effort to gain clarity, I made an unannounced visit to the dealership. During that visit, I was informed that the representative who was originally handling my application had been transferred to another branch. At no point was I notified of this change or provided with a new point of contact to continue assisting with my case. This lack of communication created unnecessary confusion and delays. It also raises concerns that commitments made during the sales process were not properly followed through after the purchase was completed. Customer service and accountability should not end once a vehicle is sold. Professional dealerships should ensure continuity, transparency, and responsiveness throughout the entire process--especially when customers have already paid in full. It is with great disappointment that my car-buying experience turned out this way. I sincerely hope management reflects on this situation and improves their communication and customer service practices so that future customers do not encounter the same experience. The level of service I received did not meet the standard expected for a transaction of this nature.

Asked what are must haves and the color I wanted. Within 10 minutes I was testing driving a 2019 Nissan Rogue. I say test drive because there were 4 other SUVs I wanted to take a look at. After discussing this with Eric and looking at comparisons it was clear that the Nissan was my best choice. Money vs. Options wise. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle. This is my third Nissan and the second bought from a Nissan dealership and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the way the salespeople handle the car buying experience. Eric was patient, informative and really seemed to want to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Eric the finance guy was helpful. He didn't push for things I didn't need/want. Got me approved and I was out of there. It was as smooth and painless as car buying could get. I will be using them for my 4th Nissan when the time comes.

I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

Since I had bought it slightly used, I confirmed with the original salesperson--casually, over text--that it was covered by the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) extended warranty. Fast forward a few years, and I brought the car in for a repair that should have been covered under that warranty. That's when we discovered the vehicle had never actually been certified. It was a genuine mistake, but what happened next is what separates good businesses from great ones. Without hesitation--and without me even asking--they stepped up and covered the repair out of pocket. They had every right to push it back on me, especially knowing I wasn't in the market for another Mercedes anytime soon. But they chose to do the right thing, simply because it was the right thing.
