It was on my siblings final court appearance with this counsel that he observed an exchange of correspondence (verbal and possibly written) between his lawyer and soon-to-be-ex. What took place after the fact, makes it hard not to speculate the possibilities of what was taking place between the lawyer and his client's ex. What are those possibilities? I am not sure. But considering that my sibling (and a witness) observed that this lawyer appeared to throw him under the bus in court (also noted and documented by the court appointed judge), it really makes one wonder... Could he have been paid off by the opposing party? Did they know each other personally? Honestly, who knows... What I do know is that the end result of what had taken place that day proves that this lawyer had failed to represent his client and judging by reviews on various online portals, my sibling is not the only one to experience this. With that being said, please take the time to do your research and take the reviews of others seriously. (PS: If you feel it necessary and the end results are damaging to you and to your family, never hesitate to report the recipient to the Board of Bar Overseers in your region.)

RED FLAG WARNING ‼ I attended a webinar from this firm that…read morewas very useful. So I can recommend the firm for learning purposes. I actually had been planning to work with this firm to add an additional property into an existing trust and to establish an advanced healthcare directive. However, due to a busy schedule I had pushed out my official scheduled meeting several weeks. But then something came up and I needed to reschedule that appointment. While trying to do so, I mentioned why I had to reschedule and what I was looking for from the firm. At that point the person I spoke with attitude changed. She stated that their firm was unwilling to work with an existing trust but they could make me a new one. When I asked why she said that would be modifying another firms work and they won't do that; they would only be able to create a brand new trust for me. Really? That is completely ridiculous. The recording costs alone woyld be cost prohibitive, never mind the cost of their time. Reputable attorneys work with existing trusts all the time. This is a big RED FLAG. Trusts do not belong to the firm that created it, they belong to the trust and are managed by the trustee that is often the person who had the trust created. It is a huge RED FLAG, in my opinion, that this firm insists that a new trust must be created. The only way I can make sense of that is if they want to collect payment for establishing the trust, and every deed transfer. And/or they might want to be the trustee on the new trust -- which might ensure future and possibly on-going payments. If the latter were true, that would be an even bigger RED FLAG --as it would suggest that may have a financial reason to want such control. So, I highly suggest people do their homework before working with this firm. And if you decide to do so, I suggest that you compare services and costing from another law firm. And be especially wary if they suggest being the trustee! The final RED FLAG , is that they are a "high-pressure sales" organization, where salespeople aggressively pursue potential customers through repeated calls, texts, and emails. This approach is off-putting and given what I learned in my last conversation with them it has led to negative and suspicious perceptions of the business. This is the reason I just spent 15 minutes writing this review.

Someone from Miller's office came to the hospital so my husband could sign various documents before he died, which at that point, he was so ill, he could only do with an 'X.' Several days after my husband's unexpected and tragic death, Miller and his office urged me to sign a contract that would cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars to 'manage' the estate process. Prior to that, they charged me for things they had never done (one example was charging me to transfer an out of state property to the trust, including court fees, though they never did it). It cost me thousands, in addition to the thousands I already paid this lawyer (con artist) to straighten out this mess. I now live in NH. If it were possible, I would negatively advocate for this firm. Feel free to call me for additional information-603-823-5583. I'll give you info that will make your skin crawl. In my opinion, there is no bigger scam artist in Worcester county. This firm preys on elders with no support, or recent widowers who do not have the capacity to make good decisions. Shame on you, Miller. Bring a suit against me. I've plentiful evidence for everything I've claimed here, verified by my lawyer. Call me please.
