We discussed my complex case at…read morelength and he asked me to send him some of the docs related to our discussion which I did on 2/5/24. It took me a long time to do this as I wrote a very detailed email of what has transpired in my case. I also included four attachments as evidence of what I was talking about, no answer. I called him back on 2/19/24 AND sent him a 2nd email, nothing. My personal message to Attorney Ravosa: I am extremely disappointed with your unprofessional behavior. You failed to answer my two emails and did not return my call at a time when I was desperate for legal advice. This shows a complete disregard for the time and effort I spent putting together information at the last minute. Your lack of professionalism, compassion and empathy is deeply troubling. Given this experience, I would never recommend your services to anyone. Don't litter people's home with your phony propaganda that "we are here to help you" because you obviously didn't when I reached out nor did you have an ounce of decency to tell me that you weren't interested in my case. Things happen for a reason and I'm glad you decided to show your true colors because this case was way over your head. For whoever reads this review: if you need a lazy lawyer to fill out some bankruptcy forms on your behalf, then hire him. If you want an intelligent, competent, aggressive lawyer that will go to bat for you, then find somebody else!

ALWAYS trust your instincts and your own research and don't go by anybody's recommendations. Hiring him was a big mistake. I've never been more disappointed in a human being as I have been on this attorney. My case is rather complex and it needs a knowledgeable, competent, smart and aggressive attorney which he claimed to be but he's obviously not. We have a deadline for a response and I've literally told him in writing what I would like to request from the mortgage lender and why and he hasn't gotten back to me at all. A couple of emails went out to him over 10 days ago, sent him three texts, left a vm in his office # and still nothing. I called his cell phone a couple of times - no answer and you can't even leave a message as his vm is full. I have worked with many lawyers in the past and not once have I come across this unprofessionalism and disrespect. I already suffered a panic attack over this situation and I haven't had one since 9-11! Something is amiss with this guy. Stay away as far as you can! This is the one recommendation you need to follow. Unless, of course, you want to end up like me - depressed, out of $2000 and about to lose your home.
