Was there when it just reopened with a close group of friends because they know staff. An hour of…read moreclosing the apparent owners daughter came in. I asked the bartender who called door close/last call (last for cigs) if I had 5 minutes. It's a pool bar, was in a game and during so after the announcement I asked the bartender at 1:28 will I have 5min? Game ended 1:31 and I go outside tender and owner there smoking. I ask if I have time for a full cig, they indicate NO. they finish their conversation and are going in I have to as well. I show them my half cig and politely ask for "30 seconds". I'm told no and then yelled at before I can even answer "ok have a good night". When I finally can I've been screamed at "get inside or leave" so many times I can barely hear. So I say "it's Ok, I'll leave, you don't need to treat me like a toddler" for which I am permanently banned. I had spent at least 50$ Between drinks/tip/pool not a ton but enough to know I should never waste it at this ludicrous establishment ever again. I was fine with leaving given being SCREAMED AT for nothing. Ok you're closing, ask me if I have everything and am all set? say good Night. instead of the incredibly off putting nature conducted by ownership.
