Several days after my husband's unexpected and tragic death, Miller and his office urged me to sign a contract that would cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars to 'manage' the estate process. Prior to that, they charged me for things they had never done (one example was charging me to transfer an out of state property to the trust, including court fees, though they never did it).
