I placed an average of 20 candidates a week in jobs; the reason why I couldn't help you is because you are probably a very immature person with no experience! Honestly I don't even remember you and you know why? It's because you suck you are a little punk ass kid! I should write an April P review here about how horrible of a candidate you were. I help a lot of smart people but not the stupid ones like you. I feel really bad for the other agencies that tried to help you or actually had to use you for one of their jobs. You probably represented them in a very poor way. You should also really spend more time concentrating on a career rather then blogging about people and business you don't like. Unemployment rates are high, so I'm sure they get the same kind of applicants in excess daily, but omg do they ever treat you like a number here, rather than a person. For my interview with BS I arrived early, but they were not ready to even acknowledge my existence until almost 30 mins past my scheduled time. (Considering there is nowhere to park other than the Prudential parking garage, this would concern anyone unemployed.) Once I was finally seen, my interview lasted all of 8 mins. I don't even think she looked at my resume. Of course its an agency, and you have to fill out numerous applications and forms, however I've never heard of the following: Kathleen is busy rushing me through signing and dating all the forms, meanwhile not listening to a damn thing I was TRYING to tell her about my skills and what I was looking for. I thought I was almost done, and then she pulls yet another form from thin air, asks me if I've been collecting unemployment. I replied yes, for about 2 months. She then shoved this form in my face, asked me to sign it without any explanation, and wen I asked what the hell I was signing, she curtly responded that the government will give her a monetary kickback for recruiting me since I've been collecting unemployment. Put the most sour taste in my mouth. So folks, if you just want to be another commission for these idiots that NEVER CALL BACK, be my guest. At least you can dip through Lord and Taylor on your way out, and buy a little black dress that will most certainly bring more financial gain to your future than Boylston Staffing

I have exposure to this search firm and worked with them successfully only time in a decade. Though…read morethe people there are very nice, they absolutely are not responsive and have a tendency to only call when they have you in mind specifically for a job that is especially difficult to fill and open for awhile. Instead of allowing candidates to consider multiple opportunities and discuss with the recruiter what would be a good fit for them and their goals, they have a tendency to act as though they are "using you" similar to a bad relationship. My last exposure to this company was with Teresa and it was positive at first, and the company I interviewed with actually wanted to hire me, but I knew it wasn't a fit. So then when I kept looking and reaching out, and Teresa ignored my emails because clearly I didn't take the job she needed to fill. That was unprofessional. P.S. I really dislike seeing companies try to give themselves a series of 5-star reviews, which the Yelp algorithm picks up as fake (because they are), and sieves them out to the "Not recommended reviews" tab at the bottom of the Yelp page.

A week later, he asked me to become available for an interview at a financial firm. Interview went well, but they went with someone else from within the company which was fine. It seemed like a good fit but even I didn't feel that it would work. Peter reached out to me to let me know the outcome, which was most appreciated. A week or so later I sent him an email expressing that I was ready for more opportunities (I had resigned from my job at the time and let him know that I was 100% free and ready to interview). I did not get any responses back at all to that email. I had also called twice to just to check in and I also didn't get any calls back either. And so my three star review is based on the rapport and good meeting I had with Peter. I was impressed and hopeful that he'd help me land a job. He also helped a good friend land a job quite fast which was nice of him and so I thought hmm maybe it would work for me too (both of us came from the same company with similar credentials). However, a response back to my email would have been appreciated. A call back, even. Too busy? Forward my email to another recruiter to get in touch with me. No opportunities? At least let me know by way of common courtesy.

I was contacted and suggested I come in for an interview. I asked if it could be done over the phone and was told no - as I expected. I tried. When I arrived, the agent sat with me, asked a few questions - about me, not about my skill set - and then said they didn't have any jobs available just yet but possibly in the future. I was pissed... she couldn't have done this on the phone? From there on out, I would get all sorts of emails about jobs, most not even relevant to my skill set. They don't contact me anymore seeing as I always pass on their job opportunities - being irrelevant to me. Maybe someone else has fared better than I?

While PSG Staffing Group only pulled up a couple of so-so opportunities for me, CC chose to interview me for an awesome company in greater Boston! Let me backtrack. Sometime at the end of the summer, I submitted my resume to CC about a job listing. A couple of months later, I was asked to interview for another position at the company I referenced earlier. The process all happened so fast - I only knew about the interview about 1.5 hours before it happened. Someone from the agency was VERY understanding and had the decency to drive me to the interview, as there would have been no way I would have made it by public transportation. I found out I got the job about an hour after the interview and have been working for a couple of months now. My contract also just got extended. CC is more specialized and isn't as crowded as PSG was. PSG agents weren't as responsive, while I found the agents at CC to be a lot more responsive. Not to mention, the opportunities were more promising and aligned more with my interests. It is definitely not the worst placement agency. Not everyone is going to come out with their dream job no matter what agency you go to.

They are exceptionally professional, thorough, and considerate. Today, I work as a family assistant for two families all through Cass and Company. My experience has come full-circle, as I now use Cass and Company for hiring my own employees. When working with them, I know I am getting the best of the best that I can trust fully not only for me, but for the families I work for too.

I've reached out three times with an updated resume and followed up and nothing. The least they can do is reply if she's no longer interested. AND she still sends me jobs, take me off the list if your going to ignore me.
