We each had our own attorney, but my experience with Tyler was exceptional. He went above and beyond, responding to sensitive questions on his own time in ways that kept our negotiations moving forward, and we walked down the aisle with a signed agreement in hand. If I could give ZERO stars, I would…read more First of all, this address is wrong- they DO NOT have an office in Boston. Secondly, DO NOT TRUST THEM. I truly have no words for the service we got (but also I won't shut up about it bc if I can save someone else the hassle, I will). We hired a CPA this year bc of some issues with our state tax withholding due to moving across states. 1) From the get go, I felt funny about them because I knew there were certain info that would be needed (but they didn't take it even when I offered). Due to a HR mishap with my job, my state taxes were taken from NY (and not from MA). They never asked for more specific info (pay stubs for example) to rectify the taxes. I repeatedly asked the person assigned to us to reiterate the issue to us so that we knew she understood what needed to be fixed, and she couldn't. But they have such good reviews, so I should trust the right?! 2) Due to the move, my husband had two W-2's- one from NY and one from MA. We accidentally forgot to upload the NY W-2 (that's on us). BUT instead of asking for it, they counted the MA W-2 for NY as well. The outcome was that we now owe thousands in taxes due to the income being counted twice! 3) AND FOR THE CHERRY ON TOP- THEY FILED WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. The wrong version, where we owe thousands. And then didn't tell us. We only found out bc we got a letter from the IRS. And then they took their sweet time responding to us about amending, not that we trust them to even do the amendment correctly. And when we requested a refund, they refused and instead offered money off our next service- AS IF. We had to file fraud via our credit card and point out that what they did was ILLEGAL to get our money back.

This is the first time I've used a home cleaning service. I booked a deep cleaning and two follow…read moreup appointments. I thought the value for the deep cleaning was time efficient and they did alright work. Sometimes you just need a clean slate, and they definitely got things into a good state. Edit: Actually - I had someone do a deep clean one time before, like several years ago. That's beside the point. That's where the praise stops, though. Unfortunately, the toilette was clogged after the cleaning. After the second cleaning, the bathroom in my other toilette was clogged. I felt kind of rude asking about the first so I decided to refrain asking about the second. We use a bidet and no one is stuffing loads of toilette paper down the drain. Plus, during the first incident no one had used the toilette in that bathroom. I am nearly positive they put paper or chemicals in the toilette. The follow up cleaning jobs were really just supposed to be maintenance (floor mopping, wiping down bathroom surfaces). Both instances my entire house was reorganized more or less. All of my recycling and compost were dumped in the garbage. It is absolute chaos. I lost of prescription medication planner for a week (it was sitting in plain site and later found wedged behind a coffee maker). Both times dirty gloves and rags were draped over clean knifes in my kitchen. Both times I've had to thoroughly wash the knifes and knife block. The dishwasher was filled with additional dishes (packed over the full capacity) and just left in place. No idea what was actually clean. The sink itself was emptied of dishes queued to be washed, but not actually cleaned? It made no sense. I figured they would be moving things out of the way if you need to wipe down a surface, or pushing things to the side. However it went further than that. I still can't find my most frequently used cutting board. I am sure it will appear in some random cupboard. I am fully capable of cleaning my own home, and to a higher standard of quality. The entire point is that I'm only one person with limited time to do so. I suppose I'll just need to make that time more of a priority. Of course things are cleaner, but over 2.5 or so hours with two people I just expected things to be more thorough. Not a huge deal at fave value but this is all sort of compounding to be frank. In short, weird as hell experience, confused by the results. Don't recommend.
