Also huge thanks to Isabella Davis who is very organized and follow-ups with reminders for visit, Frannie Kennedy-Long for handling the drafts and making edits. For process of service in my divorce case, Jim went above and beyond the call of duty. What he did…read morewas both creative and extremely necessary, tracking down my (soon to be) ex-wife, who had been avoiding service living abroad for more than a year. We only knew that she would be at a conference in Boston. Jim tracked down her personal assistant and served him -- a good start. But then he also found out the hotel she was staying at and personally served her there. Not only that, but he did this all as discreetly and respectfully as I think it was possible to do under the circumstances, since the point was to have her served and not to embarrass her in front of colleagues. Given the difficulty of this case, Jim could easily have charged for many more hours. But his bill was quite reasonable and just now I gladly paid him an extra $200 I had promised for successful completion of service. I highly recommend him for his professionalism.

My problems with a terrible landlord had remained unresolved for nearly 3 years until I finally…read moredecided to look for professional help, and I had a great head start in my search for the right lawyer through the word of mouth since multiple people I knew and trust had nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Ayr. It turns out, not only I found the right lawyer: I found the perfect lawyer! You might be asking: "Why do you say that?".. Because not only he is extremely effective, time efficient and organized - which will save you a ton of money - but also is very down to earth, realistic and has something else I've never seen in any lawyer: the cool factor. When I say cool, I mean the invaluable ability to remain calm, centered, so balanced in every situation that it's almost Zen. Remember all the bad things we all grew up listening about lawyers? You will soon realize that Mr. Ayr is the perfect antagonist of all that, and I'm not just saying that, I will elaborate and give you my personal experience as an example: My landlord years of serious violations and illegal acts were so bad that, if we decided to bring the full case to court, he could easily go bankrupt and the house would go up to foreclosure, and bear in mind, I had the Boston Housing Court and Boston Housing Inspection Services with me in this case. Needless to say, had we gone ahead and sue it, serious compensation would come my way and my lawyers. Yet, when I decided to "let go" and give the landlord a chance to settle for the security deposit legally owned to me plus my financial damages along the way , Mr. Ayr fully supported me and quickly started and finished all the documentation and negotiations with the landlord, who completely changed from the very aggressive tone to a fast paced resolution. I was in awe. I would give Mr Ayr a 6 star review if it was possible.

Don't want a huge mountain dealing with the court system on your shoulders. Attorney Ken Quat is the Attorney for you. Please note that the above address is wrong. Attorney Quat moved from that location and is now at 929 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA.,01701 866-907-1220. But, what is more nerve wracking, ulcer making, migraine than when you get a Summons in the mail about a credit card lawsuit. 1st one I received in 2014 I went through it myself. And had wished I had gone searching for a Consumer Protection Attorney. The experience was that horrible. Then I received another (in 2016) Summons concerning a credit card lawsuit a few years after the first. I was scared. Just the thought of going through what I went through. I searched online for an attorney to help with the lawsuit and made a list. I called a few and they were not willing to help me. Or told me to file for bankruptcy. Until I came to Attorney Ken Quat. I called him and left him a message. I honestly thought when he would call that I would get the same run around as I did with the other attorneys. NOT SO!! Attorney Quat is very easy to talk with. And I discover later very easy to work with. When I spoke to him he was very understanding of my situation. He explained to me of all my options. Remember that many debt collectors/credit card companies hire big name lawfirms. And they are very intimidating. As they take advantage of the fact you don't know what you are doing or what you are signing. Attorney Ken Quat took care of everything. I didn't have to deal with anything at all. Remember by hiring an attorney those who are suing you can not contact you. They have to contact your attorney. Huge relief. I have since had to hire him a few times. And he is always there to help.
