Title: Fraudulent Practices - Withheld Sick Leave, Delayed Paychecks & Unethical Conduct I strongly urge anyone considering TalentBurst to proceed with extreme caution. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was chaotic and unprofessional. I was contacted by at least ten different people, all claiming to be my "point of contact," and some even asked for my Social Security Number via email -- a serious security concern. Despite the red flags, I completed a full assignment in Seattle and accrued 48.92 hours of sick leave. I asked repeatedly and clearly -- by phone and email -- when and how this time would be paid out. I was told it would be included in my final paycheck. That paycheck came -- with the sick time missing. After more follow-ups, I was told for the first time that "unused sick time is not paid out." This clause was never shared with me during onboarding or employment, and it was only after I pressed for answers that a sick leave policy suddenly appeared on their employee portal. I am 100% certain this policy was not shown or available until after my assignment ended -- and I believe it was added retroactively to avoid paying me. In addition to this, TalentBurst withheld three weeks of pay, which not only impacted my financial obligations but also caused a delay in receiving my unemployment benefits. When payment is received after your last day of work, it pushes back the start date of unemployment -- which put me in a very difficult financial situation. I've filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, and I encourage others who have experienced similar mistreatment to do the same. TalentBurst also has many negative reviews describing similar issues -- delayed or missing pay, unclear policies, poor communication, and being asked to post positive reviews to offset the bad ones (I was asked too). Suggestions for Anyone Considering Working with TalentBurst: Avoid verbal communication -- don't rely on promises made by phone. Get everything in writing -- pay structure, time-off policy, separation terms. Ask for official documentation of policies before accepting an offer. Screenshot your portal regularly to protect yourself in case things change. Be prepared for delays in pay and complications with unemployment claims. This company misled me, delayed my pay, and appears to have manipulated internal documentation. Well let start off with agreeing with David P. I experinced the worst DISCRIMINATION at this place. Clearly i was contacted by one of the only recruiters they have out of this office in particular, Obviously i was a great candidate for the position they had at hand and according to this recruiter the client wanted to interview me not only because i more than quilify for the position but most important i live only 4 blocks away from the client and that was crucial considering its a technical support position. So he goes ahead and sets up the face-2-face interview with the client. Years prior i was accused of a crime i DID NOT commite and was aquited of the charges and my name was cleared (which i have the documents clearing) ,How ever there was a publication still floating around that will never come off (Dam media) that the recruiter got a hold of. Long story short the recruiters calls me with manager on the line to ask about the publication and i confirm its dissmissed and cleared and asked me if would do a background to confirm to which i agreed to do so (since i have done a few already for other contracts and passed) This was on Friday and the Interview was set for following Monday, SUNDAY night at 8pm recruiters sends me an email stating the manager/client had an issue and had to cancel our interview, and that Monday morning same recruiter sends me another (same generic email with job description) email asking if i was interested in the job opportunity!!!!! Really? so he calls me again and claims that there is TWO of the same position available and thats why he sent another email blast which at this point i called the client`s HR dept and confirmed there was only one position availible. Im glad it didnt get far because if this the way they treat potencial candidates i can only dream of how they treat there employees. Well read the filtered review prior to mines!!!!!! read more

I've had a really good experience with this job agency. The people I've worked with from their team have all been nice and really helpful. They've always reached out to me when there's something I need to be notified of and they've always helped me with whatever I've needed with things like timecards, paychecks and sick time, so I'm really happy with all that. They kind of got me my dream job working in the Biomedical field so they've truly helped me in life. The on-boarding process was nice and organized yet a bit lengthy but it's starting to seem like all jobs now take some time with that so just be prepared to do so, but just like any other work just plug away at it and you'll be done in no time. I've worked with them now for almost a year and am happy with that and I'd continue for any length of time. They've even had gatherings at my job with food and small fun things to do so that's a bit special. They've treated my coworkers well too who all got hired through them and that's one of the most important factors at a job for me.
