When I walked in, I was greeted by some of the staff members and I asked where could I find the printers, they showed me the section and I spent time doing my research. The thing with printers is you have to account for the ink cartridges...some of them could be very cheap, but the replacement cartridges could run you in the $50-75 range... He put the extra 12volt ports I asked for next to the passenger footrest, virtually inaccessible. He broke the connector for the LED accent lighting and tried to claim it was shipped that way (the connections are recessed, they can't be broken unless you're plugging something into them). And to top it all off, he didn't reattach my passenger seatbelt. When I emailed him with these complaints asking that he resolve them, he simply didn't reply. Poor workmanship and very poor business practices. My chargeback finished processing a few days ago and I'm now left to find someone to finish the job he started.

He walked me through what was available in the stackable series they carry, and he found one I might like. His kindness and patience were commendable. I was a mess and would have hung up on me. What I should have done, if I were in better shape, was secure my measurements for the space. Well, here we go--the new washer/dryer was very tall, like the controls are built for a basketball player. Not good if you need a chair to dry the Bean Jeans. I called Zak, who totally understood the issues and put me in touch with Wilfredo. A lot of the grocery and household products here are sold in bigger sizes. So having to restock your supplies at home happens less often which makes it super convenient. I have also bought deli meats here before and the service at the deli counter is excellent as well as the freshness of the deli products. The checkout process always goes fast and smoothly here. About the only thing that BJ's Wholesale Club could do to make the shopping experience better would be to have bags available to customers. They do have these big empty boxes at the front of the store that they provide for customers to use to bundle their purchases into but I definitely prefer bags so when I shop here I make a point of bringing along my own shopping bags to use.
