The new line was given the same promotion I was to get for upgrading. Today I called to cancel the old line. After mentioning the new line, customer service stated the promotion would become null and void. It's a mess getting this straightened out. Also noteworthy is during our visit, a gentleman came in returning a tablet. He was told he was buying the tablet for one penny. They didn't tell him that they added a line to his plan for it. Luckily, the corporate office was able to resolve my issue but this entire ordeal was quite stressful.

We were at Luray Caverns when my son's iPhone 5 stopped working. (15 year-olds do not take loss of contact well!!) Using Yelp I called a couple of likely places. The first did not answer, the second did not repair phones, but referred me to Roz. It was already six and Roz closes at seven, so I was not hopeful- it's a 40 minute drive just to get to the shop. But the owner told me to come in; he would take a look at the phone. We got there at 6:45p. True to his word, the owner looked at the phone & then fixed it!! He stayed late, until 7:15p and was very pleasant to boot. And I was charged a very reasonable amount. This is my first Yelp review, but I felt compelled to write this one.

My computer worked fine and everything with the crack in my screen but I still wanted to have it fixed in fear of the crack getting worse. Once I picked up my computer after having it fixed the computer started acting like I was switching it into tablet mode and the keyboard and mouse pad would not work. I took it back in to have them look at it. The guy "fixed" it for the time being while in the store but by the time I got back home it messed up again. And the only solution was to fix it temporarily and he wasn't even sure how to fix it without opening it up. DO NOT waste your time coming here, go to the experience store…read moreinstead!! i came here today to get my screen protector changed as it is cracked. i previously went to the experience store instead hburg (where i always go) but it had an hour wait so i decided to come here. i walk in, smiled at the lady, she proceeded to just look at me, ok cool. i say i need my screen protector changed, she doesn't even look at me and says smartly, "do you have insurance with us?" i say yes i do. she proceeds to get up and get a screen protector that fits my phone. the go to brand in the blue and white box. i state that that brand is NOT the ones they put on my phone at the experience store. however they DO use the GLASS ELITE ZAGG SCREEN PROTECTER IN THE RED AND WHITE BOX!! i would know this since ive had this same phone for over a year now and have gotten this same screen protecter replaced numerous times. she sat there and argued with me telling me that is in fact NOT the screen protector i have on my phone since it's not "blue light blocking" or "privacy"... i'm well aware of this. it's the same brand just the glass elite version not the blue light blocking or privacy. she then proceeded to try and put the go to brand on my phone because she's arguing and saying that's the one on my phone. then she very rudely told me to go to the experience store since they put the zagg brand on my phone. trust me i will only be going to the experience store!!! i will never step foot in this one again! i am disgusted and mad is an understatement! i don't think customer service is the job for her!!!! 10/05/2025 at 2:30pm below you can see the difference in the screen protectors.

After 20 years of customer service I very disappointed they didn't try any harder to help and seem to only go in circles. I would have been fired for treating customers the way I have been treated at this location!! Multiple times my spouse and I don't have gotten attuditue from imployees for simply asking questions and standing our ground on paying for things we didn't understand why.
