If you're worried about "cold…read morecalling" a tv repair company because you're not sure what kind of service you'll get, call this company and worry no more. I had a 3 year old 65 inch Samsung ($2,700 new) that had an ethernet port die. Called this company, quoted me a reasonable price, showed up at the agreed appointment on time and replaced the motherboard in the tv. When a secondary issue surfaced immediately after the repair he was right back at my home and effectively and efficiently resolved it. He backs up his work! This is now my go to electronics repair company and it should be yours too!

When you arrive you don't have to show your membership card until you actually checkout, so that's a nice touch (that way you're not rifling through your wallet or purse looking for the card). When you enter customer service is on your right side (so if you have questions or returns, you'd head that way). TVs/electronics are on the left when you enter the store. Their electronics section is not as large as some of their competitors, but it does the job. I will say when I come to BJs I tend to stick to my list. Maybe there isn't as much temptation when it comes to getting clothes or books when I'm here. I was able to find the items I needed on this particular shopping trip (pringles, half and half). Staff was friendly.

Since new phones nowadays are four figures, I decided to get the screen replaced. The gentleman at this establishment quoted a repair for $89.99 and about 30 minutes. I was slightly dubious he'd be able to get it done so quickly as he seemed to be quite busy with several customers as I was leaving and I think he was the only one working there, but my wife and I went and grabbed some lunch while we waited. Not 25 minutes went by before we received a text that my phone was ready. Not only is the repair flawless, but he also threw in a screen protector for free that I had declined when he offered it at a $10 upcharge when I dropped the phone off. The screen replacement was a little pricier than some quotes I'd received from other phone repair places, but with the convenient location, impressive turnaround time, and quality of the repair, it made it well worth it.

I was plugging a cable into the wrong HDMI port. AG Tech Repair answered my text questions, didn't brush me off and say it was fixed, and eventually had me send them a picture of the back of my desktop and quickly identified what my temporarily braindead self was doing.
