Christopher stepped in and fixed everything in under 45 minutes. He was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. After so many frustrating attempts to solve this issue, Christopher was by far the most competent and helpful representative I encountered. To be clear, these five stars are for Chris, not Verizon as a whole. Christopher, and employees like him, deserve to be recognized internally and considered for advancement or promotion. So I stopped at this new location in Durbin Park. When I got there at 5:40 pm I was greeted and asked to take a seat until someone could help me. There were two salesmen, both helping customers. As I sat there, I noticed the place was clean, no music, a coffee station tucked away, my chair was mediocre for waiting comfort and an additional customer had walked in then out after waiting about two minutes. I waited until 6:15 pm to be helped and found out they didn't carry the adapter piece I was trying to purchase. The salesman was apologetic but had someone asked me "what brings you in today" from the very beginning, then I wouldn't have waited for 35 minutes.

They tried. They came close on price (not quite there) but sweetened the deal with a "new" phone...enough to convince me to stay. A few days later, my hotspot stopped working. That's not a small issue for me, as I work fully remote with international hours and rely on it multiple times a week. So back to the store I went! Visit number two is where everything unraveled. I was told the previous employee had downgraded my service without my consent, disabled my hotspot, and set me up to be charged for the "free" phone (none of which matched what we agreed to). To make matters worse, that "new" phone already had multiple dead pixels within two weeks, despite never being dropped. Then it somehow got worse. The employee helping me this time said he'd "take care of me," but instead spent the entire interaction hitting on me while he had full control of my phone (including all my personal information). Repeated comments about how "attractive" and "photogenic" I am, pushing to see photos - not for anything remotely work-related, but clearly fishing for personal selfies. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling gross. And at the end of the month? The exact same bill I was trying to leave in the first place. So, what did I get out of this experience? Unauthorized changes to my plan, a damaged phone, broken promises, and 30+ minutes of blatant sexual harassment. Just don't. Trust.

Reggy was patient and thorough aiding me with all on my phone. He then told me when I got home if I had trouble connecting services to my tv, to give him a call. Well, I had trouble and called the store but he happened to had been on lunch at that time. Abbas took over for him. Abbas spent an hour with me on the phone, face timing, instructing, etc. as we relentlessly attempted to get my Netflix/HBO connected to the tv. Without success, Abbas being determined then asked me where I lived and if he could come over to rectify the problem once and for all. Exasperated, I accepted his offer. Abass came to my house and spent almost another hour getting my services set up and finally had success! It was my tv connection causing the problem. He was immediately respectful taking off his shoes, kind and professional at all times. On his way out, he noticed my door bell was blinking and insisted on setting that up for me on my phone for safety! Unbelievable. It is rare nowadays to have such a thoughtful, detailed person working in the field who truly wants to make customers happy and will go the extra mile. I offered Abbas money on the way out and he kindly declined. I offered to buy him some food or something feeling he put so much energy into my situation but he kindly declined again with a big smile.
