Christopher M. at Verizon deserves serious recognition from leadership. I've been dealing with an account issue for over four months and spoke with more than 15 Verizon employees without getting it resolved. Christopher stepped in and fixed everything in under 45 minutes. He was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. After so many frustrating attempts to solve this issue, Christopher was by far the most competent and helpful representative I encountered. To be clear, these five stars are for Chris, not Verizon as a whole. Christopher, and employees like him, deserve to be recognized internally and considered for advancement or promotion. The new incentive .. 4 lines for $25 each but that's only for new customers .. Verizon doesn't like to keep their loyal customers. Paying almost $500 a month for a phone bills is pretty insane and the worst part is this specific location doesn't care . I will just go to another location or switch. read more

Spoke to a representative 4 weeks ago and did a transfer to another carrier. Had an iPhone 7 was paying $96 with Verizon. Switch over to Comcast who uses the Verizon network and towers. Got an iPhone 13 and payments are $81 a month. After 2 years goes to $51.00 with paying off the phone. I was told I would be receiving a refund for the balance of my time with Verizon for $28.04. Over a period of 4 weeks tried to get someone on the phone and no luck so I stopped in the store. They told me I was misinformed and that they do not give any monies back if you leave their plan. Great to know 4 weeks later and misinformed by every representative I spoke with. Another reason why I left. read more

After a very frustrating time with the Apple Store, I had to go to Verizon to get my phone reconnected. Braced with the run around and lack of customer support with Apple , it all turned around for the best with Mike, who assisted me with getting my phone back to running in an extremely efficient manner! I have always been impressed with the support I receive from Verizon but today was above and beyond. If I could give Mike 12 stars I would the push for 14 because of his patience, understanding, and technical knowledge. What was told to me on the phone would take an extensive amount of time because of various barriers, Mike, however was able to do it in a matter of minutes. His listening skills are outstanding as he understood the problem right away, made no excuses, went to work with the challenge brought before him, and he did so with a smile, humor, and customer centered approach. Soon after he started, I realized he was the manager and I can see why Verizon would put him in such a role, he puts the the needs of the customer first, and I watched his interaction with his team which I was most impressed with. He treated them with the same compassion and understanding he treated me as a customer. Verizon should be very proud that they have Mike on their management team. He represents them with the utmost professionalism and dedication. He made a very stressful afternoon a delight. If you have to buy from Verizon, don't buy from this one. I bought the Apple iPhone, 15 Pro Max along with the most expensive watch, and the watch still doesn't work by itself. I've gone to this store, the store in Nocatee, the store in Durban Creek, and spent at least three hours at each one. They're unable to fix what appears to be a simple problem of disconnecting my watch from the phone. I wish I never met Verizon but the guy who sold me the watch was so rude he didn't even help me put it together. I don't usually make comments but I'm taking my company and moving all our phones out of Verizon. That's how bad the service is. read more

I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the service. The Verizon website was clear that they were limiting the number of customers inside the store to no more than the number of employees working, so I made an appointment online. They were ready right when I arrived. The guy who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me with the best options in terms of getting a phone ordered when they didn't have the right one in stock, and in walking me through the process of trading in my old one. Their overall COVID protocols seemed extremely thorough, which makes sense when it's a store filled with floor models of devices which people are going to be picking up, handling near their face, and then putting down. Please let me preface this letter by stating I have tried to be as accurate as possible with facts, date and discussions conducted. On March 25, 2023 I chatted online with Verizon representative on Verizon website (pic attached). I was very much interested in transferring service from another provider T-Mobile to Verizon. I had two phone lines. I was offered $80.00 plus tax plus $70 transfer free for two lines in writing. On March 25 I went to the Verizon store at 4948 Big Island store Jacksonville FL. 32246 I spoke with Caleb, he acknowledges that we have the deal and he set me up and made the transfer, at the end of the transactions, he gave the SIM card and told me to insert to my phone the next day, he stated that the phone will work in 24-48 hrs on Verizon network. Since the second phone is locate in New York, I will have someone take the phone to the Verizon store in NY and get the SIM card. After 2 hrs I logged in to my Verizon portal, I reviewed the bill posted on the website for $150 plus tax plus $70 transfer fee. I went back to the store and spoke with the lady( I don't know her name), she was a store manager, she told me that Caleb made a mistake and the monthly fee would be $150 plus the $70 transfer fee. I requested to cancel the deal, since it was a fraud. She could not reverse the transaction that was misleading and fraudulent. She sends me back to T-Mobile to transfer the service from Verizon to T mobile. She gave me a pin for transfer and additional number to complete the transaction by T-Mobile. T-Mobile complete the transaction. I had to pay again the $70 transfer fee. To say I am disgusted at every aspect of the way Verizon does business is a massive understatement. They lie, deceive and pass the buck with every transaction. They promise things have, or will, be done and they brush them under the carpet. They make following up with representatives nigh on impossible and they paint themselves as the nation's sweethearts of the cellular industry. I sincerely urge everyone reading this to be extremely careful with your dealings with this company. And if you are a potential customer, I would urge you to carefully read this story, and the hundreds of others littered around the internet before making an informed decision as to who you want to trust your heard earned dollars to. I know for me I will never go near this company again and will make every effort to make sure my friends, family and colleagues avoid a similar fate. read more

I had to stop by last night after work. My phone stopped registering my SIM card. It was semi busy and someone put me on a waitlist. I was helped not even 2 mins later. Ariel was wonderful and had me in and out of the store in less then 10 mins with a working phone. I'll definitely brave the Town Center traffic to come back when needed. read more
