    5 stars for staff friendliness, but 1 star for how corporate has neutered their ability to get…read moreanything done. I've stopped in a few times for help (because trying to reach customer service by phone takes ages), and they're always kind and willing to do whatever they can to help me. That being said, each time it seems there is less they can access and do. On my most recent visit, I wanted to understand why my bill had kept going up over a six-month period and then see what alternative plans would cost. It was about a 20-minute wait, as they were busy -- everyone in the store was working really hard. I got called up and explained my situation, upon which I learned in-store employees are only able to see the past three bills on their tablet, but the gentleman helping me was kind enough to look through the bills I had brought with me and tried to help me understand what happened. Neither of us could figure it out -- and it actually took awhile on the phone with a representative to later sort out what happened. I then asked if he could help me get pricing for their current plans so I could decide whether I wanted to change, especially since T-Mobile's new plans no longer include taxes or fees in their monthly pricing. Unfortunately, he said that a comparison like that wasn't information he could easily calculate in-store. He noted that's also something that has to be handled by the customer online, via app, or by phone. I would be a happy T-Mobile customer if I could just handle account issues face-to-face with a human rather than having to navigate chat bots and AI voice agents to get to a human (although the humans I do eventually end up speaking to are always lovely). If you want to get a new phone, head on in. If you're having any issues, you should probably bite the bullet and make a call instead.

Shoutout to Corey, Sonja and the T-Mobile crew for helping our family and friends with their plans and purchases as we have referred them at this location over the years.

    I needed to come to the Apple Store due to someone stepping on an EarPod when I lost it. I made…read morean appointment and arrived to see controlled chaos. This place is very overwhelming and chaotic. There is long wait times even if you have an appointment to see a genius rep. The employees are doing their best to serve each person but for each dedicated service this causes long wait times. I came on a Saturday afternoon so this may be prime time and off hours possibly early in the morning may possibly be better.

    Came in to get the new iPhone and we were there for almost 2 hours, not waiting, but because a…read moremistake was made, which I understands happens but this one was pretty inconvenient. The lady was so sweet but I had let her know that we have a plan with AT&T and we were told by apple customer service when I called that they could redeem the same offer. Ended up being such a hassle because she forgot I think and they switched my number to a new phone but then forgot to put the offer in so I had to get a new phone and they had to call AT&T then it still wasn't working. Finally I was told I had to come back to pick up my new phone later because they now had to put keep a list according to the system (this is the 3rd new phone now lol). Kamal stepped in to help and was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable and fixed everything. Even offered a phone case for the trouble, which I truly appreciated! ended up coming back later that day to get the phone and set it up which was fast.
