I had to go back and pay the difference for an "Apple" screen which wasn't really Apple. The screen became pixelated, had a spot on the corner that blew then gave a black and green screen only 2 months later. It was supposedly under a 4 month warranty but the lady refused to touch it, fix it, take off the screen or replace it under warranty. She said it was damaged but could not prove any damage as there was no damage! The problem was their rip off "Apple" screen that they installed. She offered a "deal" to replace it. Ha! Since new phones nowadays are four figures, I decided to get the screen replaced. The gentleman at this establishment quoted a repair for $89.99 and about 30 minutes. I was slightly dubious he'd be able to get it done so quickly as he seemed to be quite busy with several customers as I was leaving and I think he was the only one working there, but my wife and I went and grabbed some lunch while we waited. Not 25 minutes went by before we received a text that my phone was ready. Not only is the repair flawless, but he also threw in a screen protector for free that I had declined when he offered it at a $10 upcharge when I dropped the phone off. The screen replacement was a little pricier than some quotes I'd received from other phone repair places, but with the convenient location, impressive turnaround time, and quality of the repair, it made it well worth it.

If want to stand there for 10 minutes as they wont recognize you. This is your place. If you want to watch people walk out for wait and frustration this is the place for you. I bought a new phone from apple but didn't have a phone line yet, plus if you buy from apple you don't have to worry about jail breaking or waiting for a year or more to go buy before charging carriers... On top both devices are t mobile. Work cell and personal cell but two different iCloud's. I finally get an assistant to help me. Picture a man helping you sloppy dressed wearing a sport team jersey oversized baggy pants and a ball cap. I didn't realize he even worked there for thirty minutes. Proper attire if East LA. He stated unless it is the same iCloud you must use a desktop. I told him I did it before with other carriers in past. He stated that is the only way T-Mobile is trained and their guide shows. When I told him I didn't think it was correct the other rep didn't correct him but silence was concurrence. Apple Store in 30 minute drive. I went into their competitor next door and not only did they know how to do it they moved everything on the phone I wanted but did it in minutes. I am not sure if all locations in Jax are like this BUT stay away unless board any want to watch dysfunctional. The ones really to blame is store manager and District Manager. I was very well taken care of by a young lady named Victoria and I plan to return when I have everything together and I'm ready to switch. I was very happy with the customer service received. T-Mobile is very competitive with their pricing and currently have some great offers for new customers looking to start a line. They are merging with Sprint and have great coverage in Jacksonville with plenty of towers. Right now you can switch and get a FREE iPhone but I'm not sure if I will use this offer or not.... They also allow you to switch and keep your current phone and phone number. I will update this review in the future if I decide to switch.
