I had a great experience at Verizon! A huge shoutout to Christian for being so helpful with picking up my new phone and completing my trade-in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate his great customer service and would definitely recommend this location! read more

So looking for this Verizon store on yelp, it does not even show up. The one i went to is on monument Road. I walked in. They were very nice when I walked in until they found out that I had received a new phone in the mail and that I needed help in getting it either changed out to a different model or activating it and all of my pictures and information on my new phone. I've been a Verizon customer for 35 years plus. He looked at me and said "all you have to do is turn on the phone"or I would have to return it to where I got it and I said "you cant help me to transfer my photos, etc. " and he said "no well we do but it's $50." He was not interested in me as a customer at all and I would not recommend going to this store ever. read more

I visited to upgrade my iPhone and was blown away by the quality of service I received. Both Christian and Dustin were extremely patient in walking me through my current phone plan and its complicated billing details. Christian took the time to research all the available plan options and explained each one clearly, helping me choose the best value. I left with a new phone, a great plan, and even lower monthly costs -- all thanks to Christian's effort and attention to detail. He even made himself available later in the evening to help transfer apps and data from my old phone to my new one, which was a huge help. From start to finish, the service was first-class and completely professional. Kudos to Christian and Dustin for making the entire experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free at the end! read more

First I bought a phone thinking it was a 17 pro / got home was told no!! Wrong phone went into hospital next week . My 30 days by the time I recovered was up so told me I had to pay a HUGE fee to return & get correct phone. Was told Salesperson gave me incorrect phone after asked about him misrepresenting product. Was told by dark heavy sales person he was the MANAGER today and salesperson Would NEVER do that I must be wrong!! Presesentation horrid. 55+ policy never offered though I was 79 yrs old!! Called several times to get copy of bill but not forthcoming was told $10 charge to see phone bill/ discounts they were supposed to give me never applied I think but hard to tell without seeing bill. All extra stuff placed as charged Cust service phone calls told me was paying all this time for salespersons Holiday!! The sad part of my entire experience is that they ask for comments and they don't pay attention to correspondence or conversations!! I can't believe that their only GOAL is to sell, sell, sell!! Sad part is I am a retiree of Verizon !!!!!!!! Still waiting after 2 years for retiree discount which I was entitled to the minute I enrolled in service plan. Nobody seems to know how you get it!! Or what form to fill out!! I am sad the service is so shabby this would have never been able to happen when I was completing my service and Verizon was a Proud server of telecommunications !! read more

Fatima was so amazing! She got us everything we needed and was able to update us to a better plan as well as discounts we were eligible for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products, she spent multiple hours helping us and was friendly the whole time. I highly recommend her! read more

super rude, would not recommend. The girl wanted to go back and forth over an upgrade and NEEDING my phone i'm using right then, even though I have always shipped my phone in. It was a long wait, I had to go back 2 days in a row. read more

Don't really care to do business with a place where the employee who's helping me says "whatever" after he asks how to pronounce my full name. Seems like the employees hate working there so it makes the whole store seem uninviting from the moment you walk in. No thanks. read more

The manager was extremely rude. I had an issue with my kids watches and I went there to get the replacement. My daughter has Crohn's disease which she can't control and hold in. I always have this card for my daughter so she can use a bathroom. My daughter wanted to use their bathroom while I was doing those replacement. I asked her and showed this card if she can use their bathroom. I asked very nicely. But she didn't even looked this card. I told her she has a condition. But she did not care or look. It was so rude. I don't want to use version. read more

The manager at this store is very rude. I was holding my dog she weighs 15 pounds and yelled at me across the store that I had to leave. Didn't introduce herself or approach us in a polite way. AT&T is across the street though. Zero stars. read more

Purchased 2 phones from Verizon one in Soflo one for my son in Jacksonville. Sent his girlfriend over to pick it up ( added her to the plan so she could get it) Habiba refused to give it to her because she didn't have the credit card I USED IN SOFLO to buy it!!!!! She was rude and disrespectful to your customers shame on you Verizon. I offered to FaceTime with the cc and my I'd and my face real time but Habiba didn't have enough common sense to understand how that could work.... read more

We only came here to order my wife a new iPhone. We know what we want and we knew everything that would happen. Well we did not expect is the representative that was helping us will keep trying to sell us things that we had no need for or even heard of. Why in the world does Verizon sell their people to try and get customers to buy little car parts is beyond us. He also tried to sell us insurance for about 10 different things in 5 different ways. It was an awful experience overall. We kept telling the guy would just want to buy the phone and set up the shipping. read more

My fiancé and I went in to see about getting phone service set up together. We were helped by Ronnie Ramirez and he was very helpful and extremely friendly. We did decide not to go with Verizon as they were a little more expensive then we were hoping to pay but decided to leave a review because the customer service was so great. I genuinely wanted to get phone service through them just because it was such a pleasant experience but my bank account won that battle. Thanks Ronnie! read more

Do yourself a favor and do your homework before walking in. Know exactly what phone and what service plan you want and how much it should cost. If you show any signs of uncertainty the sales staff will pounce and start talking nonsense. They can smell your fear. They will deny to the death that the new "Edge" plan is a contract. Ok, so it's a written agreement between two parties to transact money, goods, and services over a period of time, but definitely not a contract. Got it. Also, it's better for you to go with the plan that ends up costing you more in the long run. Very helpful staff. Yea. Walk in here with your battle armor on or get trampled. read more

Aubrey was amazing helping my 92 year old Father on Dec 21 2018. He was very patient and respectful of my Father. He spent time with explaining the phone and never seemed rushed. He is a great asset to Verizon. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience. read more

Walked into Verizon store on Beach Blvd. today and was greeted as soon as I walked in. That was the nice part. Did not get that warm fuzzy feeling, so should have turned around and walked out. Instead, I chose to take a look at a few phones. While there, I asked a few questions and was met with a cynical employee who "knew it all." Everything I asked, he seemed to need to answer or refute in a negative way. I don't care to do business here as it seems they do not know how to give good customer service. I witnessed a Verizon employee telling another customer about the Edge program and again in a negative way. Do they really want to sell phones and service? I know of three people who will not use this store. It's the second time that I am doing my business online versus in that store. read more

I started an application to transfer service online, everything seemed to go smooth. I needed to pick up a SIM card to finish transfer of service in store. Once in store, I was told my account was flagged for fraud and had to jump through hoops. Mary M. was in store and went above and beyond to get my application processed. She stayed an hour after the store closed to make it happen. She was patient and super helpful. I'd highly recommend asking to talk with her if you have any problems or anything else that you may need. Thanks again Mary! read more

I use this location most of the time simply because its near my house and its usually pretty empty. Im greeted most of the time fairly fast. Some employees very nice and helpful but there are some that act like the last thing they want to be doing is helping you work threw your phone problems. I would think with all the online services and being able to do a lot of the activation process from your house that they would glad the online store hasn't taken more jobs away. Ive found they will pass clients back and forth as well. One guy couldn't get off his own phone long enough to hardly make eye contact with me as I waited on him to charge up my sons new phone. I guess the news report was something he couldn't wait to watch until it was break time. Frequently you will see them outside talking and smoking. A couple of the girls that work here seem like if they smiled it would hurt they're face. I just find that this location is not very busy a majority of the time and they should jump to give good service with a smile. They definitely don't try and sell you extra products like most stores. They could care less if you want a case or charger. Maybe a nice expensive speaker? If you want good customer service and feel appreciated for your business then I suggest a different location. read more

Yayah was phenomenal. We knew we were going to be in there for while but he made it well worth our time. Friendly, respectful, insightful, answered all of our questions and made sure we got the best deal. He was a little pushy on making sure we bought our cases and screen protectors from them, but that's his job. A+ on customer service read more
