Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.

After countless useless chats with their awful AI chatbot "Giga" (which does not even allow you to type half the time), and fruitless conversations with customer support in another continent, I have been told I will be connected to internet in 72 hours - but frankly, I am not holding my breath. My advice - do not agree to their services unless they send a technician to your house to install the internet. If you choose the self install option and something goes wrong, it will be nearly impossible to get a real, local human on phone that can come to your location to troubleshoot. Once you go from potential customer to paying customer, their treatment of you changes. EDIT: Per the response of the comment from Frontier, I reached out to their Facebook account and was able to get connected to a real human, who created a ticket for a technician to come out to my house on 11/05 and fixed the issue. So far no internet problems. I wish I didn't have to reach out through social media in order to get effective help, but I am happy with the internet speed I have. EDIT2: They wanted to charge me to 150 dollars for hooking up the service they are charging me for, so I had to connect to customer support who waived the fee (screenshot attached). I strongly recommend never going with self install unless you are 100 percent sure it will work.

We got there about 10:45 and we grabbed the last service rep and then a large amount of people started pouring in for help or to purchase new phones. The rep helped us but was unable to complete the task we needed done so we still had to call AT&T 809 number which led to another can of worms. Why do they make it so hard? Used to be you could walk in and they did it all. Their plans are ridiculous and they raised their rates About $10 a month. The rep was nice and knowledgeable but it's irritating when the customer service has to stop at the store and continue elsewhere. At this time they were sold out with a waiting list for new iPhone 13 Max phone as well as a couple of other phones. Also you can't outright buy the phone you have to lease it over a course of three years. Eek. That's insane.
