To preface this review I'd like to say that our experience working with Nikki was excellent. It is…read morenow 6:15pm and my 10 year old and I have spent the better part of our day since 1pm in the store trying to get a watch to work through a phone. I'll spare you all the details but needless to say, Nikki worked really hard to try to make that happen and was gracias and accommodating, going above and beyond. When it was determined that they did not carry the phone needed for our purposes with the watch, we went to Best Buy to get one. Upon our return, Nikki was off work for the evening. This was really unfortunate for us because I have no doubt Nikki would have had us taken care of quickly. She texted me assuring me that Pete would take care of us. The manager, Pete, who had been there and witnessed all day what Nikki was trying to accomplish, said he would put us "in line" or the queue so to speak. Mind you, there are only 2 other people working. Apparently Pete's only job is to hover over these 2 employees rather than do any actual work and help a customer. I've been here this time for a half an hour watching Pete hover and essentially avoid helping us because he knows it's going to be work. My 10 year old politely asked if he could use the bathroom and was told no, he'd have to walk down to Qdoba. Given that it was pouring rain and we'd spent the better part of the day already in this store, you'd think Pete would be a little more sympathetic to my son. But he wasn't. So I walked my son down to Qdoba in the pouring down rain. Honestly if I could go elsewhere and have this done quickly I would leave but I've invested so much time at this point that I need to get it done. We are coming up on being here 45 minutes, at the top of the queue and not been helped yet. There are only 2 other customers in the store, each with a sales associate. If you must come to this At&t store ask for Nikki or Jordan. If Pete is your only option, have fun watching him helicopter over the other two employees while doing nothing useful himself. He's like white on rice with one couple because the sales associate is trying to sell them direct tv service with new phones and lines. Such excitement when someone walks in frustrated with Verizon! It's like a gold mine! Pete has the shakes and dollar signs in his eyes. Don't mind us, we've only been here nearly all day, Pete. I know the Samsung Gear S2 is of no consequence when you can "help" your sales associate sell a package sans only a kitchen sink. This guy is useless.

I came to this store as it was in my way home. Worst decision ever. He sold me the card, made me pay $30 so they could activate the phone number in my family plan and send me home saying to just insert it on the phone and it should be it. Well, we could never activate the phone. We called AT&T again to get help and long story short, they made us go back to this place as the activation was not done properly and request them to get our money back, as that amount was not credited to my account. The AT&T rep called us when we were at the store to explain the manager what needed to be done. Well, the so called manager Zach was furious! Started yelling and discussing with the rep. We were astonished! After one hour of not getting anything done, because he said he was not giving us back any money, we decided to pay to the guy on the phone to get our cell activated and left the store. I could simply not believe such an impolite person running a place like this. If you have time, go somewhere else. Not worth it.

Both told me to be at the store 1 hour before closing so they could program my new key. I took my wife's vehicle today to work because this was the only day she didn't need it. I was able to get off of work early and was at their location exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes before they closed. Taylor informed me that he was unwilling to do it because it would take him until closing time. I asked him what he would be doing for the whole hour and he replied "my job". Clearly not. I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. I can't say enough about this guy!!! I just hope he gets the recognition from his managers cuz this guy Is a KEEPER!!! As I said, we don't have a store were I live. It's thirty minutes depending on traffic to get to this store...but this guy is MY CHAMPION!!! And I can't finish this review without mentioning SHAQ....he took every other customer that he could help!!! We starts getting charged more... I called and tried talking with him for TWO WEEKS. I called in and waited for a call back, got a call back 3 days later. Dallas says he is going to look into it with sUpervisor and never called back. I kept calling In but he was never available. Finally I got a hold of someone else and they said they would make sure he called me. He stated he never underquotes savings for people so he's not sure what happened. We were able to reverse the plans but pricing is still different for our phones. I'd rather just pay than you have deal with them again. Don't go here. They just screw you. He told us he was on commission and made close to 100k in a year trying to get me to apply for a job. Now I know how they make their money. SCREWING PEOPLE.
