I went in to get a screen replacement on my iPad Air 2 but had to wait until the part came in. I picked it up and when I got home I noticed that my home button was stuck. Upon returning to the store I questioned how they missed the button that was stuck. A male employee remarked how would they see a stuck button. He said it would take a couple hours to fix but I would be in front of the line. I agreed to pick it up the next day to avoid the afternoon traffic. When I called the next day they still hadn't gotten to it. Finally the next business day when I called it was repaired. Great Folks! Super helpful, when I got in they were helping what appeared to be a not so tech savvy person and the tech helping him was really kind and did his best to offer multiple options and appeared to be a great experience for the customer I.M.O. For my experience, was easy just picking up a used device and that device works well and know from an earlier experience last year with them where I was selling a device, they tested it and checked it over thoroughly, so I know I'm getting a good device. Please don't waste your time. Not only did they fail with a simple screen repair, but in the hour we spent waiting (it still wasn't ready even though we dropped it off 5 hours earlier) they also failed with three other repairs that were in and out in the time we waited. What's almost worse is the lecture of random technical jargon that someone has trained the Polo wearing parrots to say when they have absolutely no idea what is going on. read more

I've purchased probably 4 phones here, and had at least three repairs done. I've never been anything but satisfied. They do an excellent job with repairs, have (limited but reasonable) guarantees on repairs and purchases AND are courteous. read more

Worst service I have ever received. I brought a good working iPad mini in to fix phone jack and came out almost 4 months later not working at all. It powers up and WiFi connection connects and disconnects frequently. I had to check it in numerous times and finally they give it back and says that it was t their fault. My iPad mini had no problems except for headphone jack problem and now came out not working at all. It's basically a paper weight now. I got ripped off. Do not take your electronics to them. They say they checked it out and everything works and every time I went down to get it it didn't work so we had to check it back in. It really is bad service and the higher ups don't care and will lie to not warranty their work. They made me change a battery then they changed the screen and all I wanted is a phone jack replaced! Wow. So I don't recommend these people. If they can't fix it or even if they make it worse they won't warranty anything and just take up your time. STAY AWAY! I even asked to speak to the manager and they basically said they can't do anything for me. read more

I took my father's laptop in to get the keyboard repaired for his birthday in October. I originally brought it in on October 14th. After 3 1/2 months of poor customer service and communication, I finally got it back. I was promised it would only take 2 weeks and was told that the part was coming from California originally. I was later told it was coming from China and it'd be a month to ship. I called them again and was told that my device was in pickup because they couldn't get ahold of me. I had zero phone calls or voicemails from them. I made every single call to get an update, and each time they were confused because they have such poor communication within the company. They tried to deny servicing my device because my part was "too rare". I googled it and found the exact one on Newegg for $26. The employee wanted to argue with me that it was terrible quality and he refused to use that website. They took it up with their GM and got it approved because of how terrible the experience was for me. Even after all of this, they charged me $120. They didn't even try to cut me a deal for such a major inconvenience nor did they apologize when I finally got my laptop back. They'll never receive my business again and I suggest that anyone else avoids it as well. read more

Omg don't even waste your time or money here. It's a scam! I had taken my iPhone 6 in about a week or 2 ago cause my screen was shattered. I paid $120 for the phone screen and an additional $20 for the express fix and the warranty. Speeding up to now...I had my phone in my purse yesterday and pulled it out and the top eight corner of my phone had a piece missing! So either my magical small purse Fairies decided to damage my phone or they used a bullshit screen that wasn't even installed on properly. So of course since I payed for my warranty I took it back to the store and requested get fix it. They told me that damage wasn't covered under the warranty. Well what is the point of their "warranty" if they won't fix damages that were their fault because my screen was incorrectly placed on it. 2 thumbs down and they have very rude sales people. Maybe their socially awkward, but they should take a crash coarse in customer service. Never again read more

just went to genius to get my iphone 5 fixed i thought i had a bad charging port which would have cost me 55$ to get fixed but the guys at the store look at my phone for 25 seconds an pulled a load of pocket lint out of the charging port and wala its fixed they totally could have charged me an i woild have been none the wiser but they schooled me on the phone an fixed for me in seconds all for free free free awsome thanks agaiin guys read more

This was my second time having an iPhone face repair at Genius. I had a friend's phone repaired the first time with one issue that I think was unavoidable. There was a small blemish left on the screen but when explained on my second visit I understood that it had more to do with how the glass had broken on the LCD than the replacement. My second visit from a quality standpoint was great. They did quality work. The finish time was a little off but you never know when business will be high or low traffic; in this case it was high. I was told 3 to 4 hours finish time and it took close to 6, I can live with that. The staff was friendly and funny, and they worked hard to get my phone to me before they closed. They would do better at giving you a 24 hour window and getting it back to you in 6; then you would be excited it got done so quickly. So, overall my experience was pretty good and I would recommend them. read more
