My internet service "started" on 10/20, it is now 11 days later and I am still not connected -…read moreHappy Halloween! After countless useless chats with their awful AI chatbot "Giga" (which does not even allow you to type half the time), and fruitless conversations with customer support in another continent, I have been told I will be connected to internet in 72 hours - but frankly, I am not holding my breath. My advice - do not agree to their services unless they send a technician to your house to install the internet. If you choose the self install option and something goes wrong, it will be nearly impossible to get a real, local human on phone that can come to your location to troubleshoot. Once you go from potential customer to paying customer, their treatment of you changes. EDIT: Per the response of the comment from Frontier, I reached out to their Facebook account and was able to get connected to a real human, who created a ticket for a technician to come out to my house on 11/05 and fixed the issue. So far no internet problems. I wish I didn't have to reach out through social media in order to get effective help, but I am happy with the internet speed I have. EDIT2: They wanted to charge me to 150 dollars for hooking up the service they are charging me for, so I had to connect to customer support who waived the fee (screenshot attached). I strongly recommend never going with self install unless you are 100 percent sure it will work.

We have been trying to cancel our service so that we can go to a lower price service. This has been taking more than a month or longer. They will not give us a disconnect service trying instead to get us to go to something cheaper from them. We want to leave frontier their service stinks and their coverage is horrible.

I visited this store Monday, 18Oct2021, about 5:10pm...Thought I would stop here as my towne does…read moreNOT have a T mobile store and I knew I had to get my Sim card upgraded from Sprint to T Mobile...so......I was second in line and a couple in front of me. I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. I can't say enough about this guy!!! I just hope he gets the recognition from his managers cuz this guy Is a KEEPER!!! As I said, we don't have a store were I live. It's thirty minutes depending on traffic to get to this store...but this guy is MY CHAMPION!!! And I can't finish this review without mentioning SHAQ....he took every other customer that he could help!!! I left and I think there were ten people waiting...WAITING FOR THE BEST TWO GUYS, WORKING THEIR BUTTs OFF!!! THEY SERIOUSLY ROCK!!! YA GOTTA GO HERE!!!
