I took the weed eater in for service, after almost 3 months, and many phone conversations, was told that stihl warranty rep was replacing the weed eater. Then the service guys here at ace hardware said it was a trigger, and the weed eater wasn't going to be replaced, and after another 2 weeks, was told that it needed a new motor! When I asked about the replacement that was supposed to happen, I was called a liar, and when I finally came to pick it up after it was fixed,a repair guy became rude and verbally abusive with me,I told him I don't need him to treat me like that! He then told me to "take my piece of crap" and never come back! I planned on never doing business with these people anyway. If these people treat me like this, then they will do it to you too! BEWARE! These type of businesses will never change. Once they have your money, they will treat you like garbage! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Just wanted a simple, easy to use weapon. I advised him i had never owned a gun before and just wanted to have something in case the worst happened. I ended up choosing the Springfield Xdm-9mm because of his recommendation and because the other gun he recommended carried a much smaller clip. The process was really simple. Fill out a bunch of paperwork for the background check. Then i also took out the credit card which allowed me to pay it back with no interest within a year. Whole process was less than an hour. Only issue with the experience was i couldn't buy any ammo, as there seemed to have been a real shortage at the time. Still can't blame them for that. Now, i need to go find a gun range and get some practice.

Bought a ATV from Rural King and wish we wouldn't have! Wife and I purchased a Coleman ATV from…read morethem on 8/16/2020. Brought it home that day. My wife gently rode the ATV around the property a few times. When she stopped, I noticed the left front wheel facing a different direction then it should have been. She called the store immediately as we had only had this ATV for a few hours at max and only have .4 miles on this ATV. They told us we could bring it back for a refund or wait until Monday to talk to their mechanic. So, the next day we talked to the mechanic and he told us they was suppose to give us warranty info and take down our contact information for the ATV purchase. So we loaded up the ATV and took it back Monday morning, while almost there the mechanic told us that since we rode it, they will not take it back.... Now, he is telling us we have to bring it back again so they can take pictures and see if its covered by the warranty! On a BRAND NEW ATV!!??? This is completely ridiculous! I was planning on buying a $30,000 tractor from them, but after this, I will go somewhere else. After contacting the store manager, he told us that they should have offered a extended warranty, but they did not. Nor did the store manager offer for us a chance to purchase the warranty, but he at least apologized for the issue. We also did not receive any kind of title or any information whether we would be getting it in the mail. So, after the run-a-round from Rural King, I contacted Coleman directly. They immediately replied back, apologized for the issues, and are sending replacement parts to our house. If it wasn't for Coleman, we would be stuck with a damaged, brand new ATV. UPDATE 8/28/2020 - Issue still unresolved! No help from Rural King except the mechanic has told us multiple times on the phone that this may not be under warranty! Now going to look into other avenue to get resolution.

I bought a toilet handle and other items at the Connolly store located on Wells Street. Unfortunately the handle was the wrong color for my toilet. So I tried to return the item to the Connolly store located on Maplecrest near my house. I was informed rudely by the young lady that that this location would not take the item back even though both stores are Connolly's. The reason being that although each store has the same ownership, they do not carry the same inventory. Since Maplecrest did not carry the toilet handle, I would need to drive across town to the Wells Street location to return the item. I asked to speak to the Manager and he told me the same thing. That is the way the Owners want return to happen. It is the responsibility of the customer to return an item to the correct Connolly store. I say this is POOR Customer service and will never shop there again.
