Twice I verified that I was calling about Emerald Designer latex paint in an eggshell finish. Was given a price lower than my painters so I told him I'd get the paint. Called the store to order the paint and again verified that it was the Emerald designer in eggshell. Had 2 gallons and even on sale it is not cheap. Picked it up the next day and I didn't see the word designer on the can but they assured me that is the way the label looks now. Paint job didn't start for a couple weeks and when it did, I thought the finish appeared to shiny; discovered it was satin and it was NOT designer at all just regular Emerald. The paint crew had no knowledge that it was supposed to be different so they painted almost full gallon of it. Stuck getting an additional gallon now in that same type and finish because the morons at this store are either liars or just don't give 2 shits; maybe a little of both. I also was totally ignored when I first walked into store. Just stood at counter while 2 different guys walked past me multiple times. Going to get next gallon at the store out on 14. Do not order paint from the people at the 24/14 store. horrible awful lazy people.

He told me to go to one of three paint stores to choose my paint colors. Victor called me back and gave me an estimate on the job. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule, but it was so worth the wait! There were gouges and deep mars in the walls. My home looks like it was just built, they did a wonderful job.
