They would not replace or refund , even though he just needed one part from the kit that was defective. They could have easily grabbed a new one and handed it to him or refunded his money. But they chose to tell hime he had to drive 12 miles home and disconnect the other parts of 4he kit and return them along with the defective valve, to receive a replacement valve. All of these were made for the home cook who starts with produce from scratch and preserves for cooks the same. We will be back here. I need to have a set of stainless steel and rimmed kitchen bowls.
