I am going to be writing or emailing Bed, Bath and Beyond about my experience at this store. This place has top notch service down and many other retailers can stand to take a lesson from them. They have associates spread out through the store. Many times through my shopping, I was greeted by someone who works there. When I was looking confused, I had someone approach me to assist me. they were there to help me and the y did it on their own with a smile. The checkout was a breeze. They had several registers open and someone up front directing traffic to the shortest line available. When the general line was to long, this director of traffic called extra people up front to the registers. There was no long wait for these people who were called up to the front of the store. They came up there to work the registers immediately. Great big thank you to the staff here for making my experience top notch.

We were there for like 45 minutes just before closing on the day after christmas, and he totally hooked us up! You could tell that he knew what he was talking about, he was non-judgmental, and he actually cared. Actually, I was really happy with all the staff. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and went so far above and beyond what you'd expect for a big box store like Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm a fan.

The service here leaves much to be desired but the store is clean, organized and well lit. Be careful at check as they will ask you to donate which is fine. However, I alerted the cashier that I already made my donations for the year. He still decided to add a donation to my receipt without my consent. I find that deceptive or at the very best, inattentive.

The home decor section is on point, the holiday decor is the cutest I've ever seen, and the kitchen section is to die for. I found some Kate Spade kitchen mitts I've been searching everywhere for, and found some unique British tea that I can only find at HomeGoods at this location as well. They drove me to a local gas station while it was freezing cold out and helped me get me back on the road. What a genuine act of kindness! They had some really cute things in their showroom as well!
