Then I got in touch with someone in the Lansing area who sent the manager out. He was very sarcastic and basically threw his hands up and said that it was up to me to fix it. Yelp is a great way to discover local attractions. This is indeed a local attraction. The friendly and knowledgeable owner provided us with great stories about his products and the pride that comes from creating his handmade items. Did I visit Silver Lake, Indiana to buy wooden utensils? No! But I left this precious shop with 6 items I can't wait to use. Wait! What?! I can't wait to cook or bake in the kitchen? There is something wrong with me! I bought a spatula, serving spoon, oven rack tool, muddler, bakers bench tool, and a wooden knife. I plan to return again soon. We scheduled a time for him to come over and as soon as he walked in immediately tried to start up selling me from what I originally asked for. I told him I wanted to stick with the original plan. He finished his measurements and said he would send me an estimate within a week. That was four weeks ago and I've never heard a single thing since. Contacted Volkman kitchen and bath in Wauseon and have things set up. It's going to be a $4000 project. Must be nice that a $4000 project isn't even worth a return phone call. Interesting how some of these people are skilled at what they do but have no business sense.

Rabbits need access to Timothy hay at all times to maintain property dietary health. These Rabbits had none. Rabbits should never be kept in a wire bottom cage. However, if they are, they need a rubber mat or bedding under their feet to avoid sore feet developing. These Rabbits had no bedding or mats. Rabbits need access to food. These Rabbits had no food. I contacted Rural King corporate customer service regarding the conditions of the rabbit cages in this store. They informed me that they are looking into it and will address it with management. This situation is cruel and it's animal neglect. Shame on Rural King of Angola, Indiana!!!!
