I called Jerry Dylhoff, the owner of Kitchen and Bath Unlimited, who originally installed the faucets. He told me the kitchen sink was made by Kohler and the one in the bathroom by Eclipse. He suggested I call Kohler and request the part needed to fix the problem. He provided their phone number and the part number of the faucet. When it came to the other faucet he told he'd have to look to see who made it. While looking, he discovered he had purchased the same faucet to use for display purposes. Since he still had it seven years later, he saw no need to keep it and asked if I would like to have it and if so, he would give it to me for free. I could not believe my ears. He even delivered the faucet to my house later in the day. This is a faucet I have been trying to fix for months and had resigned myself to having to buy a new one. I could not believe in one phone call he had helped me resolve two faucet issues in a matter of minutes. My wife was excited to as it meant the "honey do" that had been on her list for me for a long time would finally be completed.
