The task of completing a kitchen renovation is tedious and our sales rep Char was gracious, patient, and readily available every step of the way making the process easy for us. It was easy to tell that she enjoyed her job which was great because we were very indecisive and changed our design plans at least 3 times and she was always happy to help. The quality of the materials purchased were well worth the price and the cabinetry looks beautiful. We will definitely return when we move on to renovation of our bathrooms!

Then there was the stupid cuts that were made that were just plain ugly. They require you to pay completely up front so you have no recourse after you sign dozens of disclaimers protecting them and nothing to protect you from their incompetence or mistakes. They did not even to pay for the damaged and broken part of the sink panel. Two weeks ago we were told they would get back to us......still waiting but don't expect we will ever hear from them again. This should have been a lot faster and easier but apparently there's only one person who can do this and this creates a real roadblock.
