Kyle came to my home this morning to measure for the templates for my kitchen and bathroom counters. In every way, he and his work was outstanding. He called about 20 minutes prior to arrival and was actually a little early in arriving within the established appointment slot. He carefully and patiently talked me through every element of the measurement process, made clear where I had choices, and was extremely helpful in assisting me with the pros and cons of each of the decisions I had to confirm/make. This was especially valuable to me in making decisions about style of edges, corner choices, and what to do with a ledge area behind the sink in front of a window. Together, we carefully examined each area to be worked on before he began taking measurements. Kyle was meticulous in making every measurement and never simply assumed what I would like. He was friendly, easy to talk with, and genuinely made me feel like I and my project needs were his only concern.
