The company wanted to send a rooter company prior to pumping the tank. This incurred a $100 service fee For nothing more than removing the lid and seeing the tank was full which had already been done. Contacted flash sanitation in regards to pumping the tank at which time flash sanitation wanted to charge a full charge for pumping said tank. Flash sanitation was unwilling to alter their price given they had sent the router company first. This is nothing more than a ploy to see how much money can be obtained from a customer. I would rather do business with someone that is reputable and understanding than a money hungry one.

As a result of the clog, our driveway was flooded and it came close to flooding our garage floors, Advantage sent to service guys the day after I called, and a separate truck with a huge pump and power spraying capability. They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. They used all of their 400 gallon water tank and did a great job! About $600.

There is a tall gentleman that was nice as well. We exchanged pet stories and he shared a picture of his dog with me. Today I picked her up in her box. There is a nice bag they place it in and her ashes came with a dog tag and a letter. The gentleman today kept telling me he was sorry for my loss.
