My house is a hundred years old so a fifteen year warranty sold me. Their estimate was right what I expected it would cost. My only complaint would be that I would of appreciated more information about charging me a credit card fee on my deposit. Although it was on the estimate, I must of missed it. It cost me an extra $355 for that mistake.
