We had drain leak and wanted to find the cause. We knew approximately where it was coming from but…read moreweren't 100%. I placed a request for quotes and Mike called literally as soon as it was posted. He came by took a look at the situation and found the cause (the water softener drainage). It was in a tough spot and rather than tearing out the bathroom wall for more room, Mike was able to squeeze through the area where the piping was to reposition and secure for proper drainage. Not only was his pricing very reasonable but he saved us a lot of money by not needing to damage our walls to get more room. I highly suggest Mike for any household projects you may have. He is quick to respond, gives quality service, and reasonable in price. If there are any future projects or problems we need assistance with, we plan to call "Mr Handy Hands" first.

We were going to have him paint them, but he suggested we get new ones, as they were on sale at Menards at the time, and would be less expensive then to paint. They are beautiful now. Next, he painted our pole barn metal roof. He helped us pick out the right type of paint, got it for us and stuck to the price he quoted, even though he did a lot of prep work that I don't think was figured in the quote. Also put a window in the door and painted it and refurbished the door handle. Then as a little side job, he fixed some siding on the house and also an exhaust fan in our bathroom. But the best thing was he showed up when he said he would and kept us informed every step of the way. Always calling us to keep in touch when he was on his way, or making sure he was coming the next day and what time. We really appreciated that. On top of that, he was just a very friendly nice guy. Always saying, if you need anything, or anything I can do, "just give me a call." I would recommend him for any kind of handyman project. I know I will definitely use him again.
