I called them to ask about it, a week or so later, I always got the same response, "Trevor is busy, he'll call you back today" or "I'll look into it and call you back" It is now almost October, I have called every week or so, NOTHING! I was told on one of my many calls that,Trevor, is no longer an estimator and they said they'll get someone else out to look at it; another week or so later, still nothing. I called again on Friday the 18th of September, the woman said "We have to pass on this job, we don't have the equipment to do it." I asked if they could recommend another company and that witches response was "We don't recommend or refer other companies" I am beyond pissed and winter is right around the corner, my roof is still not fixed and now I need to start all over again. This company can rot in he'll! If you are looking for a roof fix, do not call Roach Home Improvement Llc. Don't make the same mistake I did. I hope you get shut down, Roach! The roof nearly caved, and we had serious mold, which forced us to gut our entire second floor for remediation and reconstruction, as well as having our two year old roof COMPLETELY REPLACED (which we had done by REAL PROFESSIONALS - NOT Sheriff-Goslin). These guys are total scam artists and have no idea what they are doing. They do not get the proper work permits, and their crews are sloppy and rude. Sheriff-Goslin easily cost us anywhere between $50-80k in damages. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

They responded within 2 hours on a warranty work order to remedy the problem (during the wind storm) and check the house for any other potential issues. No questions asked, no hassle about it being 'an extreme event'. Just took my call, dispatched a laborer, job done. We contracted Lyster to replace our roof and siding in 2015. They did a fantastic job. They gave great support on developing scope and estimate on the roof per how we where using the house. We have a converted attic to living space and as such we had ice damming issues that led to the need for a new roof. They went above code on ice protection and modified the roof deck to ventilate 'as best as possible' per our use of the space. Wonderful communication, great project management, easy to work with on issues that are always bound to come up on renovations. So, the quality of work and lifetime guarantee are positives for White Pine. The reason for only a 3-Star review stems from what was promised in the sale. When presenting what the company was offering, the salesperson showed gutters with included leaf guards. She never indicated that these were a separate purchase, leading us to believe they were included in the purchase. After installation, we found out the leaf guards were not installed and were told they were not included in the contract. When questioned about the misrepresentation in the sales presentation, we were offered a 30% discount if we wanted the leaf guards installed - an additional cost of $1,300. Feeling that the misrepresentation by the salesperson - whether unintentional or not - should have been covered by the company and not merely discounted by them, we cannot in good conscience fully recommend White Pine Renovation.

But when it got down to it, the workmanship was shoddy, rows were uneven and the employees were trying to get away with not putting roofing felt over all areas. The drip edge was put on at an angle in such a manner that I could no longer clean out the eaves. I was told that there was water damage to the edge of the decking on the back of the house and was charged for replacement. Once the job was finished I was then told that the damage was minimal, so it wasn't replaced, no refund. Later I found out that Richard hadn't applied for a permit to do that work, so he never intended to replace it. Siding was damaged by an employee, Richard said he would replace it, but didn't. Steer clear of this person!
