We were going to have him paint them, but he suggested we get new ones, as they were on sale at Menards at the time, and would be less expensive then to paint. They are beautiful now. Next, he painted our pole barn metal roof. He helped us pick out the right type of paint, got it for us and stuck to the price he quoted, even though he did a lot of prep work that I don't think was figured in the quote. Also put a window in the door and painted it and refurbished the door handle. Then as a little side job, he fixed some siding on the house and also an exhaust fan in our bathroom. But the best thing was he showed up when he said he would and kept us informed every step of the way. Always calling us to keep in touch when he was on his way, or making sure he was coming the next day and what time. We really appreciated that. On top of that, he was just a very friendly nice guy. Always saying, if you need anything, or anything I can do, "just give me a call." I would recommend him for any kind of handyman project. I know I will definitely use him again.

His process included powerwashing ... wirebrushing ... bleaching the darkest portions to get the wood to look uniform ... and then water sealing/staining with an oil-based product he advised works better than the brand people typically use. His work was meticulous throughout the process. It's a screen porch and there was no damage involving the screens. We made a great decision hiring Chad to do this project.

After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. If I could give a zero, I would. I hired them to paint the interior of my house and it was a…read morenightmare. I paid $2500 up front and didn't even get one room painted in two days. Did not show up on time, brought people who just sat around or had screaming fights down the street, brought a two year old and a puppy, did not have supplies or functional equipment, was late by hours, and even required a ride home by us. I never got my money back. As you can see by the photos, he left paint running down the walls. I will never use Yelp again to find anyone to work on my home. As a consumer who has used many contractors, this company leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, I requested their insurance three times and was told they have it but it was never provided.
