History

Established in 2012.

The Warren family has been building in South West Michigan for over 30 years. In 2012 Matt Warren, a retired minister, reestablished Warren Builders, Inc. building a strong reputation for being a quality, trustworthy builder with good communication skills. In 2017 Matt bought a Winter home in Flagler Beach, Fl and earned his Residential Builders License in Florida. Now he is licensed and insured in both Michigan and Florida.

Meet the Business Owner: Matt W.

Matt Warren: born in Allegan, MI , 1979 Gull Lake high school graduate, attended Kalamazoo College, 1989 Master of Divinity, Married and the father of four. In 2012 I transitioned back to Michigan and restarted Warren Builders, Inc. We are enjoying serving the Richland/Gull Lake and surrounding areas with high quality home remodeling services. In 2017 Matt became licensed in Florida as a residential builder. We live and work in the Flagler Beach, Florida area during the Winter months.
