I searched on line for a florist shop in Defiance as I am not familiar with the area. I found three choices. There was one review for Fancy Petals and it was a very good review. I called and the woman who answered could not have been more helpful. My first choice was a bulb garden that my friends could then use the bulbs in their outside garden. Well, being February in Ohio, the bulb garden is not quite available. The Fancy Petals woman suggested a blooming Azalea that can also be planted in their garden when spring arrives. The plant was delivered exactly when I requested it to be delivered. The plant is gorgeous and very healthy. It is the perfect "welcome" for my friends and it will be a wonderful addition to their garden later in the spring. Thank you Fancy Petals! Once we got home (25 miles away), we noticed the foot pedal wasn't there. So we called the store and the guy wasn't very nice but said to come in and he will take care of it. My daughter opens up the gift and then it's missing the adapter that was suppose to come with it. Called the store again and the guy was a bit of a jerk and his tone was like we were lying. My husband told him that he probably used it for a display model. The guy refused to take any blame, but rudely told us to come back in and he would give us the adapter. So, $180 for the product and wasting at least 100 miles extra for his mistake, and bad customer service....skip the store and go elsewhere. Trust me!
