When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We even shared with Scott that we love going to nicer motels because we sleep better there than home. We were Impressed with the time Scott took share the improvements in today's mattress, passion for all of his products and didn't oversell us. With the motion adjustable riser frame, he showed us how it can alleviate those pressure points so much more than just a flat bed or thinking this is a splurge to watch tv. It even has a full massage feature like the chair ones at the beauty salons, snore feature, recliner feature etc... The adjustable riser frame will fit in my vintage sleigh bed and not harm my little dog who sleeps under us every night. He also features a bamboo cover mattresses some folks like but can't find easily. Scott and staff are sleep specialist trained and very knowledgeable. He also has stores Fremont and Port Clinton. We loved that the mattresses are 100% American made product. I cannot express enough of how happy I am with the small town shop experience here. We purchased, paid for, and accepted delivery in the same day. This time however, our purchase ( mattresses and motion base) needed to be ordered. Our main issue is that no one from Herron's will return our phone calls after leaving multiple messages. All we wanted was an update on our order status. Our salesman Michael, promised to get back with us after speaking to him on Labor Day in the store. This of course never happened. We then called back and left multiple messages for Randall the sales manager, none of which were retuned. This was no small order we placed. Based on this experience we will no longer consider Herron's for future purchases. The lack of customer service is troubling, especially when one spends as much as we did.
